    Anyone who seriously thinks that a lawsuit of this will succeed in the corrupt American legal system is indeed, as Blacburn admits, a Don Quiote chasing windmills.

    Blackburn is under the mistaken illusion that he will still find justice in this legal system. He won’t and all he will do is waste his time and money.

    There has to be another way.

    I recall reading that a divorce lawyer is first beholden to the legal community. Almost each day a divorce attorney sees or speaks with a judge or clerk and other divorce lawyers.
