Some of us might suspect that a burger too difficult to lift is not a sensible meal but a glance at typical Americans tells me we are a vanishing breed. I often see portly secretaries waddling back to their desks with a towering sundae or triple-tall coffee laced with chocolate syrup. They slurp down their treat and then flip open a diet log and write in "yogurt" or "coffee." It SHOULD hurt to be stupid. People should not be insulated from the consequences of their bad choices. The Liberal Socialist society you dream of will turn humanity into a giant flock of sheep, easily controlled by whomever has managed to retain the power of rational thought. Thinking isn't cheating.
