Dad says car auctioned for child support had a lien-holder

“The fact is I am paying my child support,” he said. “Every two weeks out of my check. She’s got full medical and dental and she’s on my life insurance policy. How am I a deadbeat dad?”

WOW! Interresting how the system can be twisted to fit in a nice little box eh? They not only took his car, but took the car from the bank as well. Ahhh, but that’s ok.

So now what. Does he still have to pay his car loan? I bet he does. And what about all the lies printed about him being a deadbeat when obviously he is not? He is in arrears evidently, but IS paying and is not “ignoring his responsibilities” to his exw…er child….

If us deadbeats had a legitimate claim, I’m sure the main stream media would be all over it, just like they would if 9/11 was really an ‘inside job.’

Besides, the ACLU would no doubt come to our rescue if we really were getting abused by the American legal system, after all, even those who get their feelings hurt when Bible verses are used within their hearing get pro bono legal work from the ACLU. They wouldn’t let such extreme abuses get a pass for all these years if we had a legitimate complaint.

Charles, I can’t decide if you are sarcastic or if you are sincere.

The ACLU seems to be more involved in pushing left wing idealogical points then really fixing injustice. At least in my opinion. They push gay rights, any religion but Jews and Christian rights, and atheism over all. They also love women’s rights which falls under feminists. As women don’t have a problem with CS then they won’t spend the time.

The complaint most men have is that child support is too much, many errors made by clerks, and extremely inflexible. If the man has a large event in his life, such as extended unemployment, disability accident, business goes under, ect. Child support is near impossible to be changed. (unless its upwards).

Now many states are trying to force dads to pay half of the child’s college costs if they are divorced. Does the state require that out of parents who are still married? Do they require the mother to pay the other half? no. It is just a ploy to force more out of the man. Also the money always goes to the mother, not the child. If the child turns 18, but you are paying till they are 21, the money still goes to the mother. It should at this point go to the kid. The mother doesn’t have to give one cent to the child.

There are a ton of problems, but it is easier to lay criticism on so called ‘deadbeat dads’ then it is to lay criticism on poorly run governmental institutions.

I like the part where it says child support was paid “to the daughter”. Their lies are consistent, not just evil. My guess is the check was written to the vindictive spouse.

It is just a Government Sponsored Kidnapping and Extortion Racket, Now I don’t have to repeat that do I!! Any excuse or no excuse at all these bastards want to steal everything you have . The way to handle them is to make you and your money and property invisible. There are ways, legal and otherwise to fight these terrorist. I personally don’t care about if what I do,violates some of their ” make believe laws” or not. I am a Soveriegn and do no have obey them anyway. I just have to follow God’s law , the original “common law” and live up to any contracts I willingly and knowingly made. The biggest contract is with my children to be their dad, regaurdless of what some tyrant in a black rob says or does. The way I live may be considered “dangerous” to some and I might hurt some wussies feelings, but I would rather live free and enjoy my life, rather that bow to a bunch of thieves and terrorist, operating under the colour of law.

RS, I totally agree with you, especially the sovereignty bit. I believe you do get to choose yourself which laws you want to respect, and as you say, that is true regardless whether the tyrant says or does something. But there is always a universal law of reciprocity, and it is all about private property. But some of these consequences are their choice and not yours. As they steal your money, they also have a gun pointed at you. So it is a stickup, not just theft. The gun in at your back right now. Plus their firepower in insurmountable, and men have been murdered for not agreeing with their scheme. When they lose their power, they cannot ask for compassion in the future, at least not from me. Nor can any politicians who enable them.

As an American citizen, I, not they, will decide which judges and laws are valid. Although any choices of mine have consequences I may need to accept. So we are all, atheists and believers alike, on a reciprocal and equal-respect basis. Some judges are simply given too much incentive to continue WITHOUT consequence, and yet wield forcible consequence on citizens as though authority arises from their own beliefs and not the citizen. That is indeed terrorism.

We need to find out who is helping them. Who is financing their mortgage? Who sells them their clothes? Where do they buy their gas for their cars to get to work? We need to calmly and lawfully deny them our business, and do business with only those who respect private property. Boycotting them is the only ethical tactic. When they are starving in the street, they can look to us as their judge, and wonder why we are kinder to them than they ever were to us.

Deadbeat Dad http://www.lulu.com/content/315711 should help you decide.

I’m trying to make a point. The point is we face a much much bigger problem than most people realize. I tried to discuss that point in more detail, but too many Bokanovsky shills here had me silenced.

    Once again:

If us deadbeat dads had a legitimate claim, I’m sure the main stream media would be all over it, just like they would if 9/11 was really an ‘inside job.’

    Think about it.

I think you deadbeat dads are tin foil hat nutters and advise you to stop looking over your shoulders for black helicopters. The government is just doing their job - finding deadbeat lowlife dads who don’t deserve to be with their children and should be glad they’re not in jail along with having to pay support. Especially you guys who dare speak up, even if behind pseudonymns.

Perhaps if you’d cut to the chase, instead of
continually hyping your book with etheral

Otherwise, try taping a couple pennies on the end of
    the tone arm.
    *sheesh*
I’ll be happy to cite all my suggestions but I’d just be plagerizing the authors of theFederalist papers, the D of I, and the Constitution of the US of A.

    It’s a start.
