The only thing wrong with this law is that it is gender based.
I was the victim of jealousy. She accused me constantly, and witheld sex because of her imagined affairs brought on by my observation and awe of lack of value system in people.
Glad it is admitted that this was 14 years of abuse and domestic violence against me, not to mention the slap and choking she pulled off.
Nope no equal application of law in this world.
We men are property. Property of the DV/PFA Courts because they do not get paid if the charge is dismissed. That means someone has to be guilty for them to get paid.
Since men do not file for PFA’s we are guilty by Judicial Monetization.
People are so frickin dumb any more, and governments so corrupt, that you can pass a law that says all boys will be castrated at age five, all men are automatically guilty of whatever crime some woman says they are, men can be thrown in prison for not banging the wife whenever she wants it, and people will think it must be ok as long as it is claimed to “protect women from abuse by their intimate partners (but only if the alleged partner is male)”.
You know, I’d let my ex-wife and her father beat me up again every day if I could get half the rights she has, despite my being born with the disfavored genitalia.
This story shows why you can’t let women vote. Men would never vote something like this for themselves, at least not since the dawn of civilization. Men in charge is what made civilization possible, women in charge is its downfall.
“This story shows why you can’t let women vote.”
Actually, these types of laws are not put to the vote of the people. Not in this country, and not in mexico. They are cooked up by feminist lobbyists who convince legislators “somehow” that it would be a good thing.
A large tragedy in this is that the huge under educated population of men in mexico likely have no idea this law has been passed.

when ’sex is withheld’ from a woman, by a man, this is against the law?
is there a law that works in the reverse?
if not, why not?

This law will decrease the Mexican marriage/birth rate. Another culture on the decline.

They’ll only find out on their way to jail.
