Most ranchers want illegals stopped YESTERDAY. But you can't shoot one for trespassing. There is a movement in the Texas house to make a significant change to state law. Right now, if someone breaks into your home, by law, you're supposed to RUN AWAY, if you can. The change would male it alright to shoot intruders once they are inside your home uninvited. If you want to defend your land, or pay others to do it without asking for a tax-funded handout, excellent. I will do the same with my land. Just don't expect me to side with any person who advocates threats and violence to make their case. That is the accusation against the illegals -- that they are terrorists one and all. If our slackers in the government would only sell it, the MMP could purchase the borderland they want to control (presumably they could outbid the illegals or their liberal accomplices). Then they would have earned indisputable control over their land without our local liberals having any say. Despite their good intentions, it is not their property right now.
