Use it as you see fit or ignore it, you will have to accept it now or later.  There are only two ways of managing our national debt.  One is to repay obligations with cheaper dollars rendered nearly useless from inflation, the other is to default and piss off the holders of the now worthless notes.  The derivatives dealers will deny it claiming there is some other way to maintain the trend of financial fantasy but there is no free lunch and no free ride for the masses, short term sophistry will not save them.  
The longer you hold back the water the more destruction you get when the dam finally breaks and that works for other realms of unpleasant reality as well...</description>
