Marshalik and Pekearo Died For Nothing, Part II: Officials Have No Say-so About Guns In This Country.

By

Every time a Police Officer is shot, we hear that the police are outgunned. Yet, there is usually a lot more to a story than that which every household should know.

Take the murder of two NYC Auxiliary Officers Marhalik and Pekearo whom I mentioned in Part I. How is it that these officers weren’t trained half as well as some gun owners are? Somebody had to say it. And the answer impacts non-gun owners nationwide.

Let’s take a clear-eyed look at a very interesting solution proven elsewhere in the U.S., where guns are not to blame, but criminals are. Hm.

The Founding Fathers got so sick of the Crown moving the goal posts in its abuse of process so that compliance was impossible, but punishment was certain, they crafted a new nation with teeth on behalf of the citizenry and which set limits on the government.

This is the law of the land: the teeth in the law that the citizen is the ultimate authority is that citizen authority is backed by citizen lethal force. End of story.

But being able to meet violence with lawful force impeaches a lot of social programs, doesn’t it? No wonder liberals hate guns!

Condolences to the people of New York City and the families on their loss. But let’s critique and learn.

IF police are so outgunned, then it is irresponsible to semi-train rookies and then send them out on their own without an experienced pro with them, and certainly without a single weapon between them. Some believe the solution is to further militarize our police, but that’s not the answer. Not only does this reliance merely delay armed response, no matter how armed it is, but this sends a worrisome message to citizens (don’t do anything until we get there) and sends no message to the busy-signal mentality of criminals (you’ve got a few minutes until they get there). It may work tactically and eventually if the victim can hold his breath, but unarmed, they can’t hold out for long. These two couldn’t and they were killed, too.

There’s another more effective solution which works rather well. And under such conditions anywhere, it’s stupid and even inhuman to ignore it any longer.

Sometimes the key is to meet violence with righteous superior force immediately, with the objective to stop it earlier than arrival of big guns – that is to say, instead of doing nothing while waiting for police. Police experts understand this approach – the de-escalation of force to short-circuit the later need for an escalation of force – and a delay in intervention. It’s good psychology and good police tactics – but ignored in New York, it seems.

But the big secret is that very same concept of de-escalation is proven in right-to-carry states with reports of citizen involvement in de-escalating an armed confrontation. Mad shooters just don’t go where they know someone there is likely armed and where they can’t be sure who is and who isn’t. That’s a pretty good de-escalation, wouldn’t you say? It works.

And where armed confrontation does become necessary, citizen intervention is infinitely preferable to allowing some nut the time to spray and murder children, churchgoers or anyone else — while waiting for police – no matter how well armed they are when they get there.

All of a sudden, the so-called easy access to guns is irrelevant. Just stop the damned shooter.

Now get this: Armed citizens take training from experts, and the community can tap into an emergency resource within the legal authority of the people, one which is virtually maintenance-free. I am speaking about how individual gun owners take training furnished them by police, military and even FBI. [How does that happen if police are against guns? Maybe people should not get the impression that police are against civilian weapons. That would make them against civilians!]

The individual picks up the cost of his/her own training, weapon, travel costs and ammo, and takes the training as far as he or she is willing to take it. From handgun safety to concealed carry to shotgun classes to close quarter tactics to Hogan’s Alley.

Don’t under-estimate this powerful and legitimate civilian resource. And remember that those states affirming their citizens’ right to carry their personal guns have not regretted placing their trust in their constituents – where it belongs.

Not only is it perfectly legal, not only is it the law of the land – it’s necessary now more than ever before.

How could any official be against this? Because independence will impeach a lot of stupid social programs.

Independence is mandated by law, and officials have no say-so about guns. None.

It is the law of the land that citizens be armed with lethal force. It is put there for a reason. So officials cannot use crime as an excuse for their stupid social policies.

Repeal all gun laws.

Eric Mc Lean did exactly as John suggests, because there were no big guns to come to his aid to keep his freedom and his children.

John said, “Sometimes the key is to meet violence with righteous superior force immediately, with the objective to stop it earlier than arrival of big guns – that is to say, instead of doing nothing while waiting for police.”

Society and Church will do nothing to protect the man from the lying Tramps created by the Wymyn’s Studies Programs.

Eric would lose his freedom to TN CSS and never see his Kids if he went for Divorce.

There was no solution other than killing her too.

In Prison there is no Child Support, and you have the same if not more rights than before the Family Courts.

While we are at it, we should repeal the no-fault divorce laws and the Child Support Crusade Laws. Not only is the Child Support Crusade as contrary to the Constitution as the gun laws, it can provoke the father-slaves into a violent reaction.

We tried the 14th Amendment, pleading our case to the state courts. We tried the 5th Amendment, pleading our case to the federal courts. We pled our rights under the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 13th, 14th, and 24th Amendments.
We pled our right to not be targeted by bills of attainder and ex post facto laws.
We pled our right under the 14th Amendment to equal protection of state constitutions that prohibit imprisonment for debt.
We pled the Antipeonage Act, slavery for debt is illegal.
We tried the 1st Amendment, telling our story to an indifferent public.

    What Amendment does that leave?

Right.
