    I for one have no problem with forcing those that produce incidental offspring to pay for them and have them as a millstone around their own necks, with all the rights and rsponsibility to deal with their little snotty creations. Paternity is no longer a he said-she said issue.
    The state will always force someone to pay for them either those otherwise unassociated that can afford it at the point of a gun or those that just had to hit it and then tried to walk away. It shouldnt be a mens freedom issue, it should be a responsibility issue and if those that were responsible could not get away from it and dump it on the taxpayer, maybe those of us who remain responsible would be less abused.
    Embrase of enforced paternal responsibility is the basis for resollving the paternity fraud issue and the maternal responsibility issue. This is the only way that we can expect to get the activity of the state on the side of indiviudal responsibility for a change. This would be the first step in starting up the long unapplied negative feedback loop for the welfare mess. We should be getting out of the free lunch business…

    Actually, “welfare reform for men”, to be on par with what it is for women, would go something like this:

    - The more women you get pregnant, the more money the state will give you. You will be paid more to get two women pregnant thant you will to get the same woman pregnant twice.
    - For each child you father, you will receive a nominal stipend from the state, for up to a maximum of 5 years.
    - However, for each child you father, you can optionally identify any female you choose as being the mother, it need not be the actual biological mother.
    - Once you’ve identified a mother, the state will then deprive her of all civil liberties, and impute an income amount she should be earning.
    - You will then receive 50 – 60 % of that income, as well as the legal tools in order to deprive of any contact with the child, should it please you to do so.
    - Failure to pay you that money will result in prison for her, siezure of any licenses she may have, as well as travel restrictions for her, and many other punishments to be added from time to time as campaigns to vilify these “deadbeat moms” continue according to the level of anti-female propaganda that the public can be convinced to allow.
    - You may spend the money on anything you want. If you have to actually spend the money on your children, the government will add new entitlement programs such as taxpayer financed daycare, so that you need not spend the money on the children and are free to pursue other interests, including alcohol, drugs, and promiscuous sex.
    - Rember men, you are victims now. Nothing is ever your fault. You can do no wrong.
    - As these totalitarian government programs are instituted against females, Marxist functionaries, meninists, and assorted propaganda artists will smother the airwaves and print media with conjurings as to why you are a victim and should hold no responsibility for anything, while at the same time promoting increased totalitarian control over the women you live off of.
    - Oh, and don’t worry about what this does to your children. There will be more government programs to deal with the increased juvenile delinquency, teenage pregnance, attention deficits, criminal activity, and so on. They will always put the resposibiluty on the female because remember, as a male you have no responsibility, and as a female she has no rights.

    Actually, this idea has some merit.
    Currently, the state can impute your income, even if you are un-employed.
    For example, even when you have no job in a down job market, they can say “you should be able to get a job for $90,000″ – even when such a job does not exist.

    I suggest they modify the proposal and insert, “imputed income shall be based upon a job that the state guarantees to the obligor”. PERIOD!

    They need to be held accountable. If an obligor is WORTH that much, then provide this alleged job!!!!

Show trials in Family Courts where no deliberations occur, but instead pre-ordained sentencing occurs according to mandated feminist decision manuals, is called “justice”. Any attempts to speak out are suppressed according to court orders that restrict the rights of the accused to speak publicly. Men that speak out against Family Courts, such as Glenn Sacks, are met with hostility by both the media and by everyday average women who cannot believe that a man has a right to defend himself against injustice. Such men are seen as a defenders of “deadbeat dads”. Yes, the propaganda has sunk deep, very deep, into the public consciousness. The suffering and injustices against men are invisible. The hatred runs deep. Very deep. Such hatred allows innocent men to be railroaded in a sham “justice system” by the word alone of a drunk dancer in North carolina and a very willing DA who does not see the accused as humans worthy of fairness or rights. Such hatred allows the many false accused to rot in jail today. Out of sight. Out of mind. Such hatred allows an ever expanding definition of “domestic” and an ever expanding definition of “violence” such that all men everywhere are at risk of losing their freedom.

    Reading this article reminds me of the communist propaganda coming out of the former Soviet Union. The professor is saying that lack of male productivity (slavery) can be corrected by combining work programs with threats of imprisonment.

    This article was written for the communist functionaries of the American Gulag Archipelago (The AGA) known as the family court system in the USA. It wasn’t written for the layman.

    What this Marxist professor wants to do is to identify men that the “state” believes, for whatever reason, are “underemployed” and create a system to find these men employment that the “state” believes will make these men more productive to the “objectives” of the state.

    If you are an unfortunate male in the USA identified by the professor’s Marxist vagina ideology-driven bureaucracy, basically you will get a letter or a telephone call to report to one of their “employment” (productivity and efficiency) centers for a “review”. When you arrive you will be sized up like a slave at auction and then a recommendation will be made to potential employers that you are available and have the prerequisite skills for the position. In the vortex of such a perverse system will be various levels of corruption obscene to the free male such as the referring agency leeching a percentage of your wages simply for finding you a job that they will claim is “more productive” than the one you have now or lack of job whatsoever.

    Even better for the Marxist functionaries of the vagina ideology, the employer will be wired into their corrupt influence and racketeering organizations (RICO) family court mafioso, and they will know about every hour you work, where you work, every nickel you make, what you are taxed, if you are being disciplined at work or not, and on and on and on and on. Then some communist vagina ideology functionary will sit down in her air-conditioned state-financed vagina-office with a calculator and information about you provided by your employer (who is also their agent) to figure out how much money will be stolen from you for endless and never ending vagina support. The more they can steal from you, the more they get paid.

    So what we have, in sum, is a wacko communist advocating for a program that actively preys upon men that the “state” feels is unemployed or underemployed, offers them “employment”, and then tells the men if they refuse the employment they will be sent to jail. This will be done to maximize what the “state” believes should be the productivity of the male as the male is trapped by the vagina ideology court system and all the communist functionaries that feed in the trough that this perverse system creates.

    Is this America? No.

    Every single one of these women working for the “state” are on welfare themselves. They are getting paid by the taxpayers, but now in their arrogance, they are going to create programs for men to tell those men where they can work, how much they will make, where they will live, and if men resist, the resisters will go to prison.

    Let me summarize Mr. Mead’s article:

    He basically wants to round up all the “poor” men (who are not asking anything from anyone mind you), process them through the legal system and mandate them into working low wage positions so that the states can collect on child support they may/may not owe and lower the cost of incarceration for keeping the ones who refuse to cooperate.

    I wish the Denver Post would allow one to comment on this as I would pose the question:

    How is this considered “reform” and not indentured servitude?
