   I feel sorry for the poor bloke, feeling guilty about killing an innocent man and then finding out that his wife was cheating on him.

   gentleman… we live in an age of false rape epidemic…..

   one good thing (if you can look on the bright side)… these men who were falselly accussed have been thouroughly shocked out of disallussionment…

   I have realised that when women cry victim…men claw each others eyes out to save them..they now exploit mens nature to protect them to their own sick and selfish ends..

   When i hear women as victim rhetoric…….

   The man falsely accused of rape was not innocent as he was having sex with a married woman.

   Texas may be a good place to live. If the same situation occurred a few thousand mile away in liberal Chicago, I suspect the wife would have been the victim and the husband in prison.

   In liberal states adultery by women is rewarded – it’s a feminist entitlement.

   Charged with a false rape allegation??? Whatever next ? Justice? What about the Federal crime of causing a death while in commission of a felony? Will the one not lead to the other?

   And this woman has not been arrested yet???? A false rape charge to cover for a tryst, leading to murder, is vastly criminal. Lying to motivate a person to kill someone else has got to be a chargeable offense.

    I believe, at law, she would at least be an accessory before the fact, that is if her husband were considered the killer. But since he is not the suspect, she is the instigator or solicitor of murder — she goaded or stimulated her husband to kill the man so as to protect her.

    The name of Tracy Denise Roberson should be publicized for the sake of those feminazis who attempt to spread the myth that “women don’t lie about rape”.

    And unless she does prison time for being an accessory to manslaughter, justice will not be served.

    One wonders how many men were sent to prison after women like Roberson cried “rape” after being caught “in flagrante delicto” by others.

    No accessory here. It is Manslaughter. She should be in custody as D.R. Usher points out.

    Yes, let us forever remember Tracy Denise Roberson and the the Durham Dancer as the evidence that Women Lie about Rape.

    Her name should be changed while in prison from Rober – son, to Murderouswife.
