Mike Nifong Needs to Pay Steep Price for Legal Malpractice
Durham County District Attorney Mike Nifong is the latest high profile figure to wax apologetic in front of public microphones and cameras.
But if an apology was not enough to save Don Imus from the wrath of the PC gods, why should Nifong be spared?
After all, Nifong’s behavior is far more serious, and perhaps even illegal.
Nifong should be permanently disbarred, and should be prohibited from even entering a court room except to be sentenced, or to be advised of judgments awarded against him.
The good news is that attorneys for David Evans, Reade Seligmann, and Collin Finnerty have not ruled out a civil action against Nifong on behalf of the three abused players.
Go for it, young men!
After all, Nifong willfully chose to take actions that could have ruined your lives.
Let him pay for his foolishness with his checkbook and, hopefully, freedom.

In America it’s all about race and gender now. The Constitution is dead. These are but two recent high profile examples. Most go unnoticed.
Imus didn’t do anything wrong any more than if Chris Rock had said the same thing. Mike Nifong, be he white, balck, male, female, green, or a transsexual, abused his authority to prosecute basing it on race and especially gender, providing unequal treatment under color of law. Nifong is not only a racist and a sexist, he is a criminal, and belongs in prison, along with Crystal Gale Mangum.

If they think for a minute that he has Prosecutorial Immunity, this is the case that should overturn that Abberation fo American Law that keeps the People from Justice against their Government and Accountability fo same.

The entire situation with the Duke Lacrosse players, and Mike Nifong in particular reveals how our justice system is broken.
Men are dragged from their homes and thrown in prisons across the country on false allegations. The mere fact that they are men makes them guilty.
How could a man get a fair trial in todays courts when the jury is subject to so much misandry in popular culture? A man today could get about as much of a fair trial as a Jew could in 1939 Nazi Germany.

Well this should be some fun. What will happen is that the deep pockets are the state and that is who will pay the freight once again. That being the taxpayers of course, not Nifong who’s been given enough time to hide or transfer his assets if he was smart. He’ll continue to be given a pass from the popular media. The lawyers will vociferously claim that a wrist slap is good punishment enough for one of their own and that this whole imbroglio is not really business as usual, one of exploitive paid advocacy/antagonism, and not of objective justice…
