With respect County Clerks who are responsible for the record keeping are inexperienced and ignorant of basic accounting principles. For example, the Supervising Support Clerk I worked with did not know the meaning of “prorate.” If anyone knows this guy, contact him. I offer to audit the COunty's Support Report for free. It would be my honor.
