Prison is cruel and unusual punishment.

Probably why in the Bible the sentence for crimes was death.

Why should society keep paying?

Of course the Biblical/Rabinical Justice System was so much better that this Abortion that we have here in America.

Sure Guilty got away, but not without infamy. Innocent were rescued except when subject to the Democratic System under Pilate. Yes, Yeshua Ben Yosef was a Man who did not receive any Justice under a corrupt system of fake Jews (who were actually Romans and Greeks who had purchased their Seats on the Sanherin from Herod Agrippa), condemned by street Rabble, overseen by authority of the Throne of Ceaser, and Crucified at the Orders of a Centurion just following orders.
