No Amnesty For Sellout Politicians

Comedian George Carlin once said, “The term ‘bipartisan’ simply means that there’s a larger than usual deception going on.” Those words were never truer than they are today.

The Senate “reached across party lines” to craft a deal that would “grant amnesty to millions of illegals while securing our borders.”

Well, they’re almost all here, so I guess the border is secure. The thinking by some being that if everybody who lives in your area is already in your house, there’s no need to put locks on your doors. Brilliant.

Here’s what was said:

Bush: “This is a bill where people who live here in our country will be treated without amnesty but without animosity.”

Ted Kennedy: “the best possible chance we will have in years to secure our borders and bring millions of people out of the shadows and into the sunshine of America.”

John Kyl: “it represents the best opportunity that we have in a bipartisan way to do something about this problem.”

Kyl’s words represent what’s wrong with Congress in general who populate the city that confuses motion with positive action. Sometimes doing nothing is far more advisable than doing “something.” If you’re drowning, and Congress threw you a cinder block, they would gladly return to the chamber with smiles on their devious faces and report that they “did something about the problem.”

Sometimes George W. Bush makes me wince at having defended him on other issues. He dances around the word “amnesty” like Fred Astair, not realizing that what you call it doesn’t change its form. Try calling your bathtub an automobile and then hop on and see how far it takes you.

And speaking of cars and water, Ted Kennedy wants to bring millions of illegals out of the shadows and into the sunlight? Guess why Ted can say this with such ease? Because they’re not going to be allowed to sunbathe anywhere near in Hyannis Port or Martha’s Vineyard.

The very idea of granting legal status to illegals while “strongly securing the borders” is laughable in not only practicality, but in the message it sends to both others who will also spill over the border, and about the politicians who implement these insane ideas.

There are millions of illegals in the United States because politicians — in many cases the very ones who are at this moment patting themselves on the back for “solving” the problem, have been derelict in their duty of securing the border. Leave it to these politicians to find a positive way to spin his or her gross failure into a human rights cause. Somewhere, Albert Einstein, who said that “a problem cannot be solved by the same mind that created it,” is laughing his butt off.

We need to vote out the likes of any politician not taking into account the best interests of America and Americans. Any Republican or Democrat supporting this bill needs to be relieved of his or her duties by Republican and Democrat voters. Let’s show Washington that “bipartisan” works both ways.

Of course, that won’t happen, which only highlights the need for a president who won’t sign away the safety and security of American citizens, not to mention offer a slap in the face of any immigrant who was silly enough to take the time and effort to come to the U.S. legally. Wow, what a waste of time all that paperwork turned out to be.

There were a bunch of politicians not wanting to secure the border, so by adding in provisions to do that, other politicians are jumping on the bandwagon. What I want to know is how long the border will remain secure? 1 or 2 years before funding is cut and it comes back to the mess it is again. Then give it another 10 years or so till we have 12 million MORE illegals demanding amnesty.

You hit the nail on the head. The border will never be secure. Why would it be? What are we going to do, put more border patrol agents in jail for shooting people who are climbing the wall in pursuit of amnesty?

Wait, there I go again with that “amnesty” word… I’m sorry, that should be “Federally assisted undocumented migrant worker relocation program.”

I posted this on another string yesterday, but it is worth repeating.

We are all fighting for the very existence and respect of the word of law this weekend. If you have never called your Senators before, please take a minute to do it now. Just think what tens of millions of illegals who think they “got away with it” will do to this country.

Please call the Senate Switchboard at 202-224-3121. Tell the operator your state and they will connect you to your Senators’ offices. We must overwhelm them with our disgust!

Thank you in advance for fighting for your country this weekend.

cc: Michael Savage ~ Savage Nation

MR. BUSH ~ HOW DARE YOU ?!?!?!?!?!

I have stuck with you through all the upheaval of the past six years, but you just lost my vote of confidence and my appreciation. You have done to us what you are trying to protect others from in the Middle East. Where exactly does your loyalty lie?

For the irresponsible handling of this immigration sham, your legacy will never recover nor should it. And as per your own words of “I won’t be around to know”, unfortunately others will and they will have to bear the burden of your disregard.

An American way of life for all will disintegrate because of your weakness in succumbing to the political pressure that you so cowboyishly claim you never do, and to not having the guts to enforce a lousy fence and the laws already on the books; or it will disintegrate due to some other dark agenda you must have in mind.

In the supporting and passing of this immigration bill you will single-handedly destroy the long term stability of this country and more critically will instantaneously dissolve all trust in a law abiding nation that protects and favors the innocent instead of the criminal.

While worrying about the chaos that would ensue for Iraqi’s by pulling out, worry more for the inevitable chaos and uprising that will transpire in the country you were elected to protect. For your beloved American citizens, the repercussions of this bill are catastrophic.

It has been passed around by those who look beyond that you are possibly the Anti-Christ spoken of in prophecy. {Put down the book about George Washington and pick up one on Nostradamus.} Previously I would have said, “How ridiculous!!” But now, it would not seem so implausible if this takes place.

All of the accusations and questions about your intentions in the initiation and handling of the war now have a proper forum to be asked and for your true intentions to be questioned because I no longer have faith in your fatherly protection nor wisdom. It started the ill-timed moment you fired Rumsfeld and it has been downhill ever since.

Why do you feel for Mexico before New Orleans? Clean up your messes before you drag us into another!

2008 cannot come soon enough! ~ I never thought I would say this, but if Pelosi wants to talk impeachment, she now has my ear.

I am proudly Republican and I will eagerly vote for Mitt Romney in 2008, but that in no way eases the gravity of my repetitive exclamation of ~
HOW DARE YOU ?!?!?!

Bill has sold out and is gleefuly on the wrong side of one of the most important issues of our time.

Amnesty only if we have an English only law, and contract with Mexican Prisons to hold illegal aliens for the US under a NAFTA exchange.

Just like high Alcohol Beer, only if the Death Penalty is attached to a Drunk Driving Fatality.

There is no balance in any of laws because there are no penalties unless there is a profit for the system.

Listening to GW Bush today suddenly made me realize what he is up to; he desires to be remembered in history as the Abraham Lincoln of the 21st century by making millions of hispanics “legal”. He believes that eventually our country will become predominately hispanic and by making them legal now his administration will make history as the “emancipator of the hispanics”. I can think of no other reason for him to betray his platform and supporters at this point.

Impeach George W. Bush for amnesty. Dump McCain and especially dump Kyl and all the other sellouts. Destroy the republican party forever. They clearly have no intention of ever enforcing any of the border control measures or employer sanctions. The Bush family resembles nothing as much as the rich Mexican oligarch padron families that use the mestizos as servants. This is how the elite country club Republican party wants America to be – like Mexico. The problem is that unlike Mexico, America has european-style socialism, which as they are discovering cannot survive with a large underclass of illiterate unskilled nonproductive unemployables being supported by the middle class. The solution is to get rid of the Republcians and replace them with an American Nationalist party that puts the interests of European Ameircans first, not last.

The Amnesty Bill, is an outgrowth of NAFTA.

If anyone really wants a wakeup call, you had better research the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SSP) of North America, via the US Department of Commerce, a cabal of “working groups”. Guess what, the SSP has not even been debated in Congress.

Research “I-69 Corridor”, the NAFTA Super Highway. A 1,200 foot wide, ten lane each- way road system, including two lanes of railroad tracks, also electrical power transmission lines and water lines that will connect Mexico, US and Canada. In addition, ultimately creating a North American “European Union” with free flow of goods, services and PEOPLE, carrying a universal ID Card.

In addition, The Department of Homeland (In)Security intends to create an “outer” North American Defense Perimeter from northern Canada to southern Mexico. Guess which tax payers and from which nation will pay for this?

China is currently subsidizing and building deep water ports Lazaro Cardenas, Manzanillo and Punta Colonet to import products from deep water container ships, unload them and transport products along this Mexican-American-Canadian corridor into the central US, etc.

International “working groups” have already planned to replace the US, and Canadian dollars and Mexican peso with the AMERO, equivalent to the EURO. Guess which currency will take the biggest hit.

GWB2, GWB1, Clintons, National Security Council, United Nations, etc. are globalists intending to destroy USA national sovereignty, private property and subject citizens and companies to an “Independent Task Force” i.e. un-elected officials, extra-national groups, and unelected foreign governance bodies. Other members include Canadian Council of Chief Executives and Consejo Mexicano de Asuntos Internacionales.

SSP is planned to be fast tracked and completed by 2010.

Cheers

I voted for George twice. I apologize for that. I am ashamed and embarrassed.

If this amnesty bill is approved the democrats will get what they want–Guest Voters. The republicans will get what they want–cheap labor.

What will we get? They say they are going to secure the border now. If they have the ability to do so, why didn’t they do it years ago?

The truth is, they are not going to secure the border and more and more illegals will be coming in to this country to do the jobs that the Americans and the now new legal aliens (supposedly) won’t do either.

Once the new wave of illegals come here, the politicians will begin telling us again about the hard working people just want to feed their families and George can give us his lame speech about:: “family values don’t stop at the Rio Grande , and the whole thing will start over.

Charles Rossotti IRS Commissioner under Clinton and even the Clintons got or wanted illegal immigrants to do the brick repointing on their homes in NW Washington DC.

So it is not just Republicrats getting the benefits of cheap labor, but Demolicans (Demolitions) too.

A Friend of mine worked or bidded the contracts, and to compete he had to hire illegals like everyone else in D.C.

IF the Brave of America drove around D.C. for a week before signing their papers to enlist, they would not die for what they see in Washington.
