Another Innocent Man Spends Decades in Jail for Rape He Didn’t Commit
My friend Paul Stuckle says “our prisons are full of innocent persons,†and stories like this make me believe it. From Reuters:
“HARTFORD, Connecticut (Reuters) – A man jailed for 18 years for a rape he did not commit was paid $5 million in compensation by the state of Connecticut.
“James Tillman, now 45, was arrested in 1988 and sentenced to 45 years in prison a year later. He was exonerated in 2006 and released after a DNA test proved his innocence.
“‘No amount of money we give Mr. Tillman will erase this miscarriage of justice,’ Connecticut House of Representatives Speaker James Amann, a Democrat, said before lawmakers voted unanimously late on Wednesday to give him $5 million.
“‘We can, however, contribute to his healing, and help Mr. Tillman move on with his life,’ Amann said.
“The case had racial overtones. The victim, who is white, identified Tillman, who is black, from a police line-up. Police never caught the real rapist.
“Connecticut Gov. Jodi Rell, a Republican, has publicly apologized to Tillman on behalf of the state but previously offered him a much smaller $500,000 payment. She said she supports the legislature’s $5 million figure.
“In exchange for the settlement, Tillman agreed not to sue the state and police for other claims, including medical malpractice due to a botched prison surgery that permanently damaged his right leg.”

Im doing a piece right now on how certain police jurisdictions manipulate the percentage of false rape accussations to keep the number of false reports as low as possible..because of pressure from womens groups, and the domestic abuse “funding industries”.
I interviewed a women who ran the local sex crimes unit here in b.town
and she claimed the percentage of false reports is 1/2 of 1 percent.This didn’t seem correct in light of DR. KANIN’S report of 50% false. So
I asked how she came up with them numbers because i’m reading about police precints that deliberatelly re-define what a false accussation in order to give a skewed idea to the publick that false rape accussations simply don’t happen .
boy i hit a nerve with her..she got very defensive…wouldn’t give me any more info, and started to walk away..
As she was walking away, I said men and boys are getting their civil rights violated by these false, inflamatory, and incendiary, mis-leading, mis-information about the actual numbers of false rape accussations. And she said nothing, and walked away…
So either these deliberate lies about the actual numbers of false accussations are to protect future rape complainants…(which is the feminist position, but I believe is simply non-linear logic); or its incendiary mis-information thats is promoteing a culture of hate against men/boys..to the point where men no longer get equal protection under the law.

No doubt we are second class citizens, and statistics must be immediately fabricated to support the implementaion of the legislation.
Ironic how they used to fabricate the statistic before getting the legislation.
Now, the prejudice is so strong they can leave that for later and get legislation without evidence of cause.

With an false accusation number being so low then they have to lower the actual accusation number and rape statistics go down justifying the coming cuts in the budget.
They will then cripple their budget with the final numbers.

sk- the truth has to out also between the number of reports rapes and the number of prosecutions.
They will make it appear statistically that the police are becoming less able to apprehend rapists, or that prosecutors and grand juries are more inclined to not pursue justice against rapists.
This will create a piblic feminist backlash against the people who tried to help feminists skew the numbers.
Stay on the story they will be found out. I am sure that the FBI will want to go on the record as having no comment as well as the USAG in DC.

And in Arkansas, we have the supreme court forcing child support upon a man whose DNA is not part of the children he is required to support.
DNA – it only works in criminal cases.
It is ignored in paternity questions.

I believe within the past couple days, amfortas made a prediction about your friend, though he didnt predict this specifically, he was telling you not to rest too keenly in the laurels of yours and her recent pasts. As DW2G, my interest in this whole false accusation thing is more focused on the whole post-feminist “raunch culture” motif…

This struggle is not unlike a debate. The men like Sacks and others have consistently handed Men the facts in my #10 above, which prove as David had to agree, that we have every means to support a statement to Women that Women’s groups have done nothing but create larger injustice and misery for Women by devaluing Men to Second Class Citizens.

If Men can never say that with certainty with knowledge of History and Credible Leadership bringing them valid Resarch, then Women will never have reason to abandon the Feminist Camp.

Thurston – I’m tired and cannot go through all of your posts, but I did see your MSDS on women. It was perfect.
You also see the State the way I see it: both powerful and powerless. They can punish men who don’t support their children, but they cannot successfully support a single child.
Do you see that we simply cannot ask the State to act against it wishes? I think we’re in agreement here. The State simply must deem a man responsible for a child, even if said child isn’t his, because the State cannot raise a child.
But, in all of this, do you want what I seem to want? A voluntary renunciation of State involvement in marriages? I picture a world where men and women have relationships, yet the State cannot intervene in these relationships, because the man and woman have voluntarily opted out of State interference. Is that your vision?

MMX – THis is why I was asking the questions to Mr. Usher to draw from what I then believed to be valid experience of an honest man. He is very busy asking the State to do things regarding Rights we could never assign to the State.
His only response could have been that the 10th Amendment gave our Parental Rights to the State, but we know that parental rights have been well adjudicated to belong to the parents since the adoption of the Bill of Rights in 1787.
So, he would have hung himself yet again.
My vison, and obviously around here as well, does not matter in respect to reality.
Reality dictates that the State is not going to wake up tomorrow and say “we voluntarily renounce…”
Reality dictates that it is going to take many years to get 50 States to come to grips with the ills that its involvement has created. So Mr. Usher will be riding the gravy train for life.
What reality does not have to dictate is Men and Women having a realtionship where this issue IS TALKED ABOUT (unlike here where it is censored by David Usher) like Bitch and I have when I have read to her this back and fourth today, which she finds most fascinating (and gets her motor going by the way).
Men and Women actually finding compatibility on the hardest issues to make agreements outside of the State and keep them because they value one another over the State. This is what I understand is part of EG’s ideas about a spiritual solution. (This is what David says he wants too but he wants to work with the State and offer a materialistic solution.)
Now, in light of Lawrence v. Kansas, and my relationship with Bitch being so open, frank, honest, her love of people, I can have more than one wife. (Interesting how she suggested this.)
In an optimum situation we (REAL FREE PEOPLE) procreate like Mormons and take the nation back.
Just the conversation on this alone will help a man weed out a diseased woman, which is no loss in light of the damage teh Hazardous Substance can Yeild.
So back to vison… In light of what Men face by any subjugation to the State, and judging the drive to procreate being central to our being (Not to mention a commandment of G-D HIMSELF), I cannot see how any man who chooses a functional relationship can make any other choice than to Confederate with her without Statist/Fascist intervention.
As far as I can see Right Now, healthy logic dictates it. (This is where my sparks would eventually fly between Mr. Usher and I had he not run away.)
The next problem is KEEPING the STATE OUT.
That seems to be easily handled by in the States eyes cohabitating with more than one woman, so the state cannot declare a Common law marriage without violating the bigomy laws.
Either way the State is going to get dragged into polygomy kicking and screaming, David Usher being in the front screaming blasphemies coupled with my name.
Additonally, never seeking welfare, which means accepting the risks inherent in life, working together, to be together. Trusting G-D not government…more spiritual solution and a rejection of materialism.
(I am sure someone is going to imagine me as a Hppy type on that, but they have not been hurt enough to understand the deeper point of not being in service to things.)
The final/first stage (depending on how you examine this) is the large number of Men reaching the point of the Marraige strike understanding the enemy of the Statist Marriage, talking about it to Women, and beginning relationships that address the True Hearts of Real Women, that spiritual fulfillmetn that Men bring to their life that Feminism is trying to fill with materialism and sexual permissivnesss that is ironically making women sluts for easy guys.
So it is still all about Real Men being the Real solution, not just for us, but for Women’s Hearts and Souls (like that being deep in Bitch that makes her say WOW deep inside when she sees me or hears my voice).
If I found this woman, then to Mr. Ushers credit, Men can find non-diseased women out there. That is what the MSDS was all about. Does she value People, or things?
Women who are given everything they desire do not care about People. They only see themselves. That is just the first step in the test for Active Instability, or generally Intert nature.
As numbers of these confederates grow, the pressure in Society builds against teh Statist system. It is kind of like having a copeting monetary system, a secondary culture.
Those dissatisfied with the establishment flock to the one that gives sanity and actual benefits. Dead culture dies and a new one emerges.
Now enough of these couples together they can draw the men together to make a adjudicatory counsel to help all of the relationships thrive and flourish, settle disputes within the terms of the realtionships as agreed upon when entered.
Hopefully, a close group of friends who trust and value one another can pay attention, be mindful of one another, and address things before a festering issue occurs and avert Ecclisiastical Counsels (so to speak).
The idea requires that people be in touch with one another again.

This is getting daft. We have a franchise for all adult citizens. You seek to restrict it to just men. Well let’s look at that.
50% of men are of 100 IQ or below. ie: thick as two short planks.
Of the 50% no quite so thick, around half vote for lying nig-nogs.
Of the 25% that don’t vote for lying nig-nogs, half don’t vote for anyone (like me, they say a Pox on all their houses) as even the non-nig-nogs lie like Dicky Mint trim sheets.
Of the 12 1/2% left who do vote, 2% are sociopaths, 4% are so uneducated that they can barely read anything beyond comics, 3% wear their sisters’ clothes (actually 12% in the USA and 17% in NZ but many are in the other categories too) , and another 3% are pissed out of their brains at any time.
That leaves just 1/2 of one percent to vote for someone reasonable, such as me, were I to be called to Stand for President, and most of them are glued to the television watching the friggin’ ‘game’.
Is it surprising that the women’s vote is needed. There are fewer pissed or watching the game or wearing their bothers’ clothes.

Am-you missed the point about the results of the only issue that women as a group ever got right as Mr. Usher proposed.
It was his conclusion not mine.
It goes to indictment of credibilty so that modern women can be quickly shown that without men or even the devluation of men at the ballo box has lead to the destruction of their hope in the only truly fulfilling thing their hearts can desire.
It lends to CREDIBILITY as to who truly cares about them and is on their side and the exposure of the insanity of Women’s movements.
If that is not important then the struggle never ends as I told you because we have to argue one point at a time as the fem media creates the issue with them.
Men have less and less time.
Drop the Bomb on the truth of their track record and move on.
We have legitimate Nation building to do and I have a son and daughter out there who deserve a nation of law I was sold.
This is the Men’s Movement, so I approached it from that angle.
Last time I Lead people in a movement it took 5 years to get a response from government to take action that continues to this day,.. to enjoin the speech of individuals and FEDERALLY adjudicated First Amendment groups to keep people for opening up the law books and reading the law in light of its History and their Fundamental Rights.
In a nation where your Legislature does nothing or colludes with the Executive to Order you to be ignorant of the Law and your Fundamental Rights, there is no place to hide.
Clearly from all the damaged and hurting Men here, the extent that the assumption of Congressional Jurisdiction to violate the Organic Law of the Land knows no bounds whatsoever.
Men need Women to have families and rebuild with. The sooner we show how silly, insane, and miserable living in that house is, the sooner they join us and reject disessed thought, and then we both take back our Birth Right, FAMILY and a NATION OF LAWS with a Limited and accountable government.
