It’s Never Her Fault: Four Texas Women Murder 11 Kids, All Found ‘Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity’ (Gilberta Estrada, Part II)

As the Associated Press article on the Gilberta Estrada murders notes, in recent years there has been a spate of Texas women murdering their children, and not one was held criminally culpable for her actions:

In 2004, Dena Schlosser fatally severed her 10-month-old daughter’s arms with
a kitchen knife.

In 2003, Deanna Laney beat her two young sons to death with stones in East Texas.

In 2003 Lisa Ann Diaz drowned her daughters in a Plano bathtub.

In 2001 Andrea Yates drowned her five children in the family’s Houston bathtub.

All four were found not guilty by reason of insanity.

(In addition, Dee Etta Perez, 39, shot her three children, ages 4, 9 and 10, before killing herself, and Gilberta Estrada murdered three of her daughters this week. To learn more, see my blog post Texas Mother Murders Her 3 Children–and It’s Ex-Boyfriend’s Fault?!).

    Women have rights without responsibilities.

    Men have responsibilities without rights.

    The former defines a child.

    The latter defines a slave.

We are rapidly approaching a nation where women are children and men are slaves.

As of April 2007 about 95% of prisoners are men.

Though America is home to less than 5% of the world’s population, she has 25% of the world’s inmate population.

“children are held less accountable in a court of law…and now were regressing back to (women as children) by not holding women accountable in our courts of law.”

This is due to “victim hood” being feminist Holy Writ.

Any woman whom commits a criminal act simply has to claim the status of “victim.” Once she is a “victim” she is no longer a “criminal” and she is worthy of sympathy and entitlements. While the man (oppressor) she kills are made to be the villian, which got what he deserved; a la Lorena Bobbitt case.

This is “why” women whom commit crimes claim battered woman syndrome or some other such thing and get off with light sentences or an acquittal all together.

donnieboy…actually I think men stand around and say alot…about sports, 401K’s, and joke about how they need to “ask the boss” if it would be ok if he and some buddys went fishing.

SK, Joi, and Mruffolo all have great stuff here. Seems the extra constitutional rights that women have is in keepong with their insanity for they have a right to be infantile and act like spoiled children.

You know, I always thought me ex father in law must not have beat ex enough as a child.

Cons is on to something important which lonks to SK’s education point.

My conservative independent brother said his friend who watched he and I talk one evening came to him with a question, “Wjere are you and your brother from? You break a subject down to molecular and subatomic structures when me and my friends get together and we lie about sports, sex, and money.”

Yes folks, those are the only comfortable subjects, and you have to lie to be imortant in the conversation or initiate it.

Now what are YOU going to talk about?

  12. 12
    conservativation Says:

Thurston…beyond the disagreements here, you and your brother, and a few people running around have a lot in common with me in the desire to actually TALK to male friends. I can vett out new potential friends pretty quickly if we are lost in sports stats and player trades past a couple of meetings. Sure those are ice breakers, but I “guaran-damn-tee” ya that the founders for example didn’t endlessly prattle about nonsense.
Don’t get me wrong, Im not slamming sports fans or those interested in money matters etc., at all. But occasionally going deeper builds friendships way beyond what most “buddys” do. And friendships are essential, especially in an arena like the one we collectively operate in here.
