Heather Mills: Paul McCartney Is a Great Guy, No, He’s an Abusive Husband…and an Abusive Father, No, Wait, He’s a Great Guy Again…

“Heather Mills has explosively struck back at her estranged husband Paul McCartney, accusing him of violently attacking her throughout their doomed relationship. Ms. Mills has claimed former Beatle Sir Paul tried to choke her…Court documents lodged by lawyers for Ms. Mills as part of the celebrity couple’s divorce battle also claim that Sir Paul…grabbed Ms. Mills by the neck during a row and pushed her over a coffee table…She alleges [Paul] broke the bowl of [a] glass from its stem and lunged at her, cutting her below the elbow.”—Daily Telegraph, 10/19/06

“I have never spoken badly about my husband. I never will — he is the father of my child.”—Heather Mills, Telegraph [U.K.], 3/17/07

“Heather Mills has implied that her estranged husband Sir Paul McCartney is an ‘aggressive father.’”–BANG Media International, 4/27/07

The big issue here isn’t that Mills keeps changing her mind about McCartney–it’s that she made serious allegations against McCartney in their divorce and seems to go back and forth as to whether we’re supposed to treat the allegations as valid. False accusations are a devastating problem for fathers in divorce. Women who make false accusations–or women who make valid allegations and then disavow or contradict them later–harm both falsely accused men and legitimately victimized women.

Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills have put an end to their fighting for the sake of their daughter Beatrice reports NW Magazine.

The pair showed no sign of animosity when they met at a London bistro to talk about their messy multi-million dollar divorce, while three-year-old Bea played nearby.

“They sat there chatting away — everyone was astonished, especially considering how bitterly they fought over their divorce,” says a stunned onlooker. “When they left, they were side-by-side and seemed very friendly.”

After the chat, Heather, 39, even allowed Paul to spend the afternoon with Bea.

Just months ago, the warring couple wouldn’t even stand in the same street, and Bea was shuttled between her parents by nannies. (more…)

    Standing for Custody

A husband who filed a petition for dissolution of marriage and sought custody of children born during the marriage had standing to seek custody even though DNA test results later proved he was not the father. On remand, the trial court must apply the superior rights doctrine. In re Marriage of Casey, No. 5-07-0020 (5th Dist. April 26, 2007). iicle

To all those advocates in the domestic violence industry who say women never lie, I say women have only been lying and falsely accusing men since the dawn of time, i.e.,

    Potiphar’s Wife

    Genesis 39:12-20

12 And she caught him by his garment, saying, Lie with me: and he left his garment in her hand, and afled, and got him out.
13 And it came to pass, when she saw that he had left his garment in her hand, and was fled forth,
14 That she called unto the men of her house, and spake unto them, saying, See, he hath brought in an Hebrew unto us to mock us; he came in unto me to lie with me, and I cried with a loud voice:
15 And it came to pass, when he heard that I lifted up my voice and cried, that he left his garment with me, and fled, and got him out.
16 And she laid up his garment by her, until his lord came home.
17 And she spake unto him according to these words, saying, The Hebrew servant, which thou hast brought unto us, came in unto me to mock me:
18 And it came to pass, as I lifted up my voice and cried, that he left his garment with me, and fled out.
19 And it came to pass, when his master heard the words of his wife, which she spake unto him, saying, After this manner did thy servant to me; that his wrath was kindled.
20 And Joseph’s master took him, and put him into the aprison, a place where the king’s prisoners were bound: and he was there in the prison.

“Heather, 39, even allowed Paul to spend the afternoon with Bea.”

Even with a billion bucks and the full panoply of the entertainment industry and a Knighthood as well, it is she, the Liar, who has all the power to ‘allow’ him to see his child. So much for patriarchy.

Paul probably had to pay her a million pounds or so to put on a show and act like a decent mother for a few minutes in public.
