A ‘Dark Day’ for who? Newsweek called its new “women who murder really are victims” piece about Gilberta Estrada (pictured) “A Mother’s Darkest Day.”

Huh? A woman kills three children (and almost a fourth) and we say it was a “dark day”–for her?!

To be really bothered, read the comments after the article.
    Its “religion’s” fault
    She was depressed
    She needed financial assistance
    We need socialism
The poor dear…intervention is the answer
And my favorite…Its Texas’ fault because Bush came from there

Well, after all these are non-voting children, with no right to life according to progressive liberal doctrine. It is obviously a hate crime to prosecute this poor woman.

If you’re depressed and poor and looking for a way out, you don’t have to murder your children to do it. Those children could have been adopted easily. I know that Estrada probably had a very strong cultural resistance to placing her children for adoption, but surely she had one to infanticide too.

The real issue here is who do we judge and who do we love. By that I mean when do we choose to condemn a person’s actions and when do we choose to step into their shoes and see things from their point of view. The two (judging and loving) reflect Old and New Testament versions of god and of how to treat our fellow beings. Watching us as a society oscillate between the two is a fascinating exercise, and one thing it teaches us is that our decision is often made on the basis of sex. Men get judged, women get, if not loved, then at least understood. That’s what’s going on in the Estrada case. If a father had done this, we wouldn’t be mewling over his hard life.

In America women are good. Whores are good. Woman who make false criminal charges against men, murder, divorce their husbands, spend money they do not have, love gay sex are good. Women who are lazy are good. Women who flash their vaginas in public are good. Woman who are pedophiles are good. Women who hate their fathers, hate boys, hate men are good. Woman are good in America. Thank you feminism.

Defninitely Bush’s fault for that Immigration Bill.

One has to ask what excuse does this “Texas Mom” have killing three of her own children?
It is a very sad case to be sure, however the jury has had its say. She did this. No one else.
Life in prison or death, she will kill no more. Very sad for the remaining child, for us all.

The writers at newsweek, and others that have been seduced by the feminist Klan to fuel this women-as-victim demagoguery will pay their price.

fueling the modern lyncheings of the rights of men/boys by using false rape statistics, and false domestic violence statistics should be as illegal as hate crimes..
