Conspiracy Against Rights, 18 U.S.C. § 241. Section 241 of Title 18 is the civil rights conspiracy statute. Section 241 makes it unlawful for two or more persons to agree together to injure, threaten, or intimidate a person in any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the Unites States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same). Unlike most conspiracy statutes, Section 241 does not require that one of the conspirators commit an overt act prior to the conspiracy becoming a crime. The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any.

Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law, 18 U.S.C. § 242. This provision makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

For the purpose of Section 242, acts under "color of law" include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official's lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim.

The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term, or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any.

With insiders stepping forward to expose the criminal malfeasance our Courts and Child Support Collection Agencies are engaged in, it’s perfectly reasonable to conclude that the death penalty is warranted in every Family Court and Child Support Agency from coast to coast.

Carol Rhodes and others like her can testify to the details. There is no doubt that these criminals are fully aware that their actions have caused the death of countless disfranchised parents. They see the paperwork and are fully aware of the number of their victims who are now deceased. The vast majority of these deaths are suicides directly attributable to the reckless abuse suffered at the hands of these despicable criminals.

If you choose to cooperate with these criminals by paying their extortion you are an accomplice after the fact. With the knowledge of the crimes being perpetrated against us, comes the responsibility to act.

I enjoyed reading this piece and there are many undeniable elements of truth, but like so many other men’s/father’s rights protagonists, the author is long on “rhetoric” and short on solution.

The first order of business is to stop paying the extortion. He has it right that “civil disobedience” is justified, but should point out that it’s also “LONG OVERDUE”. We can’t have it both ways and shouldn’t expect to. If the system is so corrupt, unjust, criminal and unconstitutional, then how in the hell can we justify giving these criminals our money?

The reason so many go their separate way after their situation is resolved is because they haven’t sacrificed anything. They may have been denied access to their children, or were denied equal protection by the courts in some other fashion, but they have the same job they’ve always had. They are unwilling to make “life changing” sacrifices and just go back to the old routine whenever they get tired of bitching about the injustice.

No one should take anybody seriously who is unwilling to stop giving these criminals their money … “no matter what” … the sacrifice.

The system doesn’t take you seriously, and never will, until you are willing to stand up and demand the equal protection of our laws.

After all, it’s the children who we’re all supposed to care so much about, and they will be the next victims of these murderous criminals. Anyone who claims to care about the children, yet gives these “disgusting criminals” their money, is helping destroy our country and our children’s future.

It’s not that complicated. It starts by refusing to cooperate. Without our cooperation, they are a paper tiger and an exposed thief. They rely completely on our continued cooperation in the form of “child support”. Cut off the funding, (the air supply) and the beast will die. It will struggle desperately to survive, but without its air supply it will soon be dead.

We are the only ones with the power to carry this out. We have always had the power and always will. “No one” is going to intervene on our behalf; there is way too much money involved. We each have to find the courage to stop cooperating with these criminals. Don’t wait for the other guy to do it first; just do the right thing and eventually enough of the rest will follow.

Ive read alot of the most famous mens rights books as of current...
Warren Farrel, Richard Doyle, Alan Carr, and others...

spent hundreds of hours searching web sites for who's just blowing smoke, and who's making their moves....

And myself have concluded that RADAR..repecting accurracy in domestic abuse reporting is the spearhead of attacking the main cause of this feminist victim hysteria...That is the media that makes biased reports......

Mens rights activist dollars are well spent here...

I understand that the next initiative they are planning is to track, and rate different media outlets to track their..... biased, inflamatory reporting.

We need this innitiative because than we can put each media outlet on a scale of 1 to 10 in their use of feminist victim demagoguery .

feminist victim demagoguery is the main reason men are losing their constitutional rights of equal protection under the law.

Leopold:

Interesting comment regarding religion. Rinaldo in his series on child support enforcement has effectively applied what I am about to suggest.

I was thinking about one of the most effective activist I had the please of working with over the years. He has chosen to drop out so I won’t mention him by name. One thing he insisted on was application of natural human dynamic laws. He saw those laws or principles as taught by Steven Covey, author of numerous books including “7 Habits of Highly Effective People.” Covey has made millions selling to corporate America what amounts to the sectarian version of Mormon philosophy.

Aside from the religious beliefs, Mormon’s have one of the most effective organizational structures ever devised to spread their beliefs. It is worthy of study and emulation regardless of the message sought to be conveyed. If you wish to convert people to your way of thinking and that thinking is based in correct natural laws, then learn apply and follow Covey’s principles. They work.

david..take in to the streets...

I would like to find 20 or so interested parties to "take it to the streets" in each city in the US.

If the media refuses to publish anything simpathetic to this situation, then we have few other options...and one is like Ray Blumhorst does in California...

20 dedicated individuals could snarl a city with huge 8'*8' signs dragged on a cart around the city on bicycles...

Here is my understanding on the "internal enemy" issue:
As long as the purpose of the different men's groups is to reverse the dominance of the feminazis and gain back control of the society, there's always going to be inernal rat-like infighting.
This internal conflicts would neutralize any overall strenght of the movement, since we would be like the roman slave rebbels - fighting to replace our oppressors instead for removal of slavery...
In order to do something men need some more powerful common denominator agenda then hurt pride and feeling of being humiliated and controlled - the latter were historically never enough to elicit self sacrifice on mass scale.
One possible such agenda that comes to mind is religion, but religion doens't cut it in these modern days and there are so many conflicting religions anyway...
So it has to be something else...

Rich,

I am very glad to see you back in action. I do agree the men's movement has gone soft on street activism. We can't win in D.C. unless they see lots of folks in the streets in their home towns. Politicians cannot withstand political pain in their back yards. What moves the constituency at home is what moves the votes in DC. This is presently our weakest spot. I have not seen an effective national fathers day event since 2001. One of the major organizations, or perhaps a collaborative of leading writers should put a biggie together for next year.

Richar Doyle.
I was amazed how could you write such a long essay so quickly with so many names quoted. Now I understan that you had written it in your original book "Save the Males"
I liked your term "barstool philosophers" who like "armchair generals" have a lot of ideas but little time for action.
There also are misleading organizations. Earlier a powerhouse and money mill was National Conservative Political Action Committee (NCPAC). Feared by politicans, I became suspicious when its leader said about gay marriage "I don't care if Micky Mouse marries Micky Mouse" as long as they are conservatives. Soon afterwards the organization faded into oblivion.
You have a boatload of good quotes and early leaders that I don't even recognize. Like most men, we don't realize how bad it is until our own ox is gored.

Last night on Hannity & Colmes Bernard Goldberg was a guest and the topic was "fatherlessness in America" and how it has become a "man-hating society". Goldberg cites stats we are familiar with, of the huge increase of "families" without fathers. He blamed the government's role in displacing men and becoming a replacement for men as fathers. Goldberg especially slammed the feminists and said they have much to account for. Hannity got his eyes opened wide. Colmes, behaving as the typical feminised American male, said that Goldberg's assertions were obsurd. The fact that these statements were made by Goldberg is evidence that progress has been made over the past 6 years.

By the way, my long post here on the Men’s Movement and its History had constituted a chapter in earlier versions of “Save the Males.” It was removed from the current version of the book, and published here, because it’s relevant to our blog but not to the general reading public.

"Unjust laws exist: shall we be content to obey them, or shall we endeavor to amend them, and obey them until we have succeeded, or shall we transgress them at once? Men generally, under such a government as this, think that they ought to wait until they have persuaded the majority to alter them. They think that, if they should resist, the remedy would be worse than the evil. But it is the fault of the government itself that the remedy is worse than the evil. It makes it worse. Why is it not more apt to anticipate and provide for reform? Why does it not cherish its wise minority? Why does it cry and resist before it is hurt? Why does it not encourage its citizens to be on the alert to point out its faults, and do better than it would have them? Why does it always crucify Christ, and excommunicate Copernicus and Luther, and pronounce Washington and Franklin rebels?"

"If the injustice is part of the necessary friction of the machine of government, let it go, let it go: perchance it will wear smooth, -- certainly the machine will wear out. If the injustice has a spring, or a pulley, or a rope, or a crank, exclusively for itself, then perhaps you may consider whether the remedy will not be worse than the evil; but if it is of such a nature that it requires you to be the agent of injustice to another, then, I say, break the law. Let your life be a counter friction to stop the machine. What I have to do is to see, at any rate, that I do not lend myself to the wrong which I condemn. As for adopting the ways which the State has provided for remedying the evil, I know not of such ways. They take too much time, and a man's life will be gone. I have other affairs to attend to. I came into this world, not chiefly to make this a good place to live in, but to live in it, be it good or bad. A man has not every thing to do, but something; and because he cannot do everything, it is not necessary that he should do something wrong. It is not my business to be petitioning the governor or the legislature any more than it is theirs to petition me; and, if they should not hear my petition, what should I do then? But in this case the State has provided no way: its very Constitution is the evil. This may seem to be harsh and stubborn and unconciliatory; but it is to treat with the utmost kindness and consideration the only spirit that can appreciate or deserves it. So is all change for the better, like birth and death which convulse the body."

"Under a government which imprisons any unjustly, the true place for a just man is also a prison."
