Breaking Our Chains

David Usher’s comment on this blog welcomed me back into “action.”  Actually, I was never out of it, having merely changed focus from non-productively rehashing with newcomers the arguments and minor issues that have been around for over 30 years ? to writing a book “Save the Males” (www.mensdefense.org) covering the entire spectrum of gender problems and solutions.

It is my long-considered opinion that, in order to overcome the many forces oppressing us and emerge from this wilderness we have been wandering in, we must marshal the resources and talents existing among activists worldwide.  How do we begin marshaling this “Manpower”?  In my opinion, we must convince the top leadership of ACFC and NCFC of the necessity to, if not unify, at least wholeheartedly cooperate.  When these two strong (relatively speaking) coalitions realize the necessity and advantages of cooperation, the smaller groups should be swept along, building a force equivalent to or greater than that of feminism.  Sure, there will be the usual nitpickers and ankle-biters, but their influence will be minimized.    Richard Doyle

Richard doyle…you should host an oraganizers conference…

Will you be attending the Men/boy crisis in washington DC. on july 14??

I’ve attended many Washington rallys and hosted unity meetings in the past. Used to speak at the rallys. Haven’t been invited to this one.
If the heavyweights from ACFC and NCFC agree to attend, I’ll host yet another unity conference. I’m sorry, but without them it would be wasted expense.

    Richard Doyle,

Thanks for your years of effort and for your other recent post at MND (http://mensnewsdaily.com/2007/06/13/the-mensfathers-movement-fighting-the-good-fight/), which, for me, was an interesting history lesson. (I’ve only been involved in the Mens Rights Movement for about 6 years.) (And I have been active… about which I could go into greater detail. )

I have encountered a number of persons with a long history of fighting against the many persons who cooperate with or actively work to advance the degradation movements of humanity (communism, socialism, feminarcissism, …).

Many others fight small battles against the evil leviathan to protect their life or sanity, the lives of their children, … There are many who could and do explain the means to win these small battles and end their suffering.

After reading your above-mentioned fight-the-good-fight article, it occured to me what might work to foment the coalescence that would lead to the short-term solutions sought by so many.

I have not yet read your book “Save the Males” (can’t currently afford, current extortion has cash flow in negative). (I have put it on my short Amazon.com wish list, from which some of my relatives sometimes buy me gifts.) I apologize if you’ve addressed this there.

We need a plan for the future. Not like the plan of too many politicians–that is the plan of how to make it past the next election cycle. I mean a plan for the next 100 years. Or 7 generations.

I would be much more willing to work with others in the here and now if I knew that we shared a common goal for the long-term future.

    Any comments appreciated.

    R. F. Doyle,
This is trivial question but is your female companion who did help you with paperwork still among us and do you still live in Minnesota?
