More on the Winkler Murder

We’re previously discussed Mary Winkler’s murder of her husband Matthew–see ‘What a man’s life is now worth in America if you are killed by your wife’. One of my readers sent me an interesting letter about the testimony of Mathew’s loyal daughter Patricia, and also of the circumstances surrounding the murder:

“The Winkler case, like many other cases where a woman is accused of a heinous crime, usually murder, utilizes the abused spouse defense. This defense is remarkably successful, and was demonstrably so in the Winkler case.

“Prior to her murder of Matthew Winkler, his wife, Mary, was engaging in a Nigerian 419 Scam. She was cashing counterfeit checks in various bank accounts linked to her and Matthew, though Matthew was unaware of it.

“She would take the cash from checks and transmit funds to the other participants of the Nigerian 419 scam (Note: The number “419″ refers to the article of the Nigerian Criminal Code [part of Chapter 38: "Obtaining Property by false pretenses; Cheating"] dealing with fraud. It is also known as an advance fee fraud.) She was intercepting notices from the bank(s) of the arrearage and fraudulent checks.

“On the day Matthew was murdered they were to have an appointment with one of the banks. At this meeting Matthew would have been made aware of her actions, which constituted bank fraud, wire fraud and check kiting. She was nervous about being discovered. This is the reason for her murder of her husband.

“Mary Winkler and her counsel utilized a battered spouse defense, to great success. This was roundly disproven through testimony of their daughter, Patricia, who stated that her father was a good man and that he did not abuse her mother. She was also present within the residence when Matthew was shot and heard the shot.

“Within the recent past Patricia has been specific that she does not wish further contact with her mother. During Patricia’s testimony, cameras were turned off as she is a minor.

“Matthew Winkler was unable to defend his character and honor, since he is dead. Mary Winkler got away with murder.”

how did this women get away with this????

Feminist victim demagoguery and the subsequent culture of anti-male hysteria is leading to some serious equal protection constitutional violations for men/fathers/boys..

Anyone reading about the Winkler murder and scottkirks message should make sure to click on the above “Boys and the Boy Crisis” and share it with others. The reason that -as scottkirk said “How did this women get away with this????” is because the info that is found at Boys and the Boy Crisis is mostly not known by educators and the media, or because we don’t make sure that the not only have the information, but that they act on it.

The perception that women have it tougher and that men have it coming when men are killed by partners is pushed by the media. When added to other myths about men most people don’t seem to have a problem with men losing children, or being executed, or failing in schools…

Monday, June 18, 2007 Janine DeFao, Chronicle staff writer wrote about boys being in trouble in education. Educators are reading this as if it’s new news, as if Judith Klienfeld, Warren Farrell, Christina Hoff Sommers and others haven’t brought this to our attention years ago.

I know school administrators who know about these things but they are not willing to deal with a handful of feminist teachers who would raise hell if they were challenged on their dogma.

It’s a really good article. Add that article to the 27 page article Boys Crisis mentioned above, and you have the start of a gender studies class for your local high school (where you can find dozens of books about “women’s issues” but if there are book written by men about gender they tend to be from feminist or feminized men.)

Anti-male hysteria, as scottkirk mentions, is just that and can only be stopped by stopping the Five Feminist Fables – (my term) from Health, to Pay, to DV to Education bias to … well, add your favorite. It’s like Whack-a-Mole at Chuckie Cheeses (is that where Whack-a-mole hangs out? My children are grown and I have forgotten.) discussing gender issues with most feminists and those taught about gender by feminists, you start to make a point and they blast away with another male evil and when you start making progress on that lie they scream “MEN RAPE” which is always the final answer. (With my sexual abuse as a boy by a woman that answer just fuels my argument )

So, boys and girls, it’s time to share at “show and tell” today we are going to talk about how a culture can be 20 times more likelly to F^#&ing kill men… related to murder charges… and your feminist teacher who has been teaching antil male hysteria for the last 12 years must shut her mouth and not interrupt FOR A CHANGE while alternate points of view are finally allowed to be heard by our countries young people. I keep thinking we are getting to a “tipping point” and men’s stories will be shared. MND, the conference above, articles in the paper the last year or two which seem unafraid to challenge feminist dogma… I hope it all has a snow ball effect and I truly thank the men and women who have been fighting all these years to simply be heard. Glenn Sacks, Scottkirk, those who are putting on workshops and going to courts to picket… Don’t quit.

I just clicked on the blue address for SFgate and got “page unavailable” I checked the address with what was sent to me … but with 50 or more letters and marks and with my brain damage from the army, I can’t find the mistake. Maybe someone else can provide it.

And let’s keep in mind that what the writer says is almost certainly true. To publish this if it were wrong would clearly be libelous.
