Janet Reno under Clinton and Attorney Generals under Bush have filed briefs in the Supreme Court against men with their feminst allies. Today the government got a slap on the face. In a opinion released today the Court ruled against the government and its feminist allies. The Irony is that a few months aro the Court had ruled 5 to 4 that "state action" applied to an athletic organization. Now the Brentwood Academy, the original Plaintiff was the respndent and lost.
