		<description>Again, when those that are not members of the profession, have never worked in the profession, assess the efficiency of said profession, then attribution of their expertise to the profession is highly questionable. There are reasons that many of the world&#039;s leaders come to the U.S. for treatment. Having known professionals who have volunteered their time in Cuba, I can tell you their system is primitive by comparison.  The disease of politics has infected, not just healthcare, but all manner of scientific endeavors, for which few politicians are qualified to evaluate. Evaluation motivated by political gain is worth slightly more than a fecal swab.</description>
