Get divorced while children are small and have a Boeing engineer job.

The support order is too f---ing high, no f---cking deductions from income tax liability for paying it, it is garnished from the check, and the IRS comes in with a levy because of loss of exemptions for the children being supported.

Leaving $183 out of each fortnightly Boeing paycheck to live on.

Would you believe this pisses off Boeing management?

Does this Adam Sacks have any advice whatsoever to deal with this situation?

Because if he does not, then everything else he says is as f---ing useless as finding Jesus and beating a drum in a forest.

Please forgive me for being a little fed up with this kind of crap.

1) i'll tell you why costa rica. if it was held in summerset kentucky, the clients would by and large be flat ass broke. by placing this in costa rica, the promoters are assured that all attendees are financially comfortable, even just coming out of a divorce. "thats" why it is where it is.

2) viagra? you have got to be joking! take out the true number of men with ed and you still have 95% users who are with the wrong women and know it. wake up.

3) how to score with women? thats just stoopit. the real problem isn't how to score, its how to stop for gods sake.

4) once again sacks reveals himslf as being sucked into the dark side. unless i am upside down on this, he is actually recommending this rip off. just divorced? stay away from women ( for at least 2 years or so ), work hard and save your money, and last but not least don't let the ex come between you and your kids.

5) there you go and free of charge.

My uncle, my mom's brother, was taken to the cleaners by his wife. After the divorce, he moved to Costa Rica.

He is a prominent eye surgeon so he was able to save his way back quickly from the thief called family court.

He has applied for citizenship to Costa Rica, so he is required to stay their six months per year.

A County's court order may not be enforceable in another country like Costa Rica.

Readers should know that this is very expensive for Latin America. The leader of this seminar will say that the insights gained are worth it, and maybe they are. Still, my two weeks in Costa Rica cost less than $1K, after the flight and all other expenses. Last year, a two-week tour to Brazil during Carnaval -- the most expensive time of year -- set me back about $3K.

Other than that, the IKP seminar sounds great. I might even have taken it if it were a better value. I also have my daughter, so there won't be any legal gambling or sports bars for me that week, anywhere. Maybe next year.

Glenn,

Great information, but the resutls sound like a big game - fun stuff for divorced dads. I agree that it is important for Dads in these crisis to move on and re-establish themselves, but there are so many more important issue that Ross could and should be covering. Financial recovery, how to deal with limited time with your children, how to combat PAS, etc, etc. Finding a new woman and learning how to be confident with women is likley the bottom of priorities. Most men, as you know, who have gone through this process are likely broke and facing financial ruin - why isn't this a topic on his list of discussions/classes?
