It’s been on a long week in three states shooting footage for an upcoming documentary on Ronald Reagan and the Cold War. It’s time to catch up on some current events, and some overdue gripes.
The Rub On Vick
After listening to sports pundit Jamie Dukes on the NFL Network last night, it would appear (according to him) that Conservative Atlanta radio listeners want Falcon quarterback Michael Vick to be fired or released from his $130 million contract, while liberal listeners say Vick’s a victim of a witch-hunt, which is code for racism.
According to the Mercury News Wire Services, “After a two-month investigation, Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick was indicted Tuesday by a federal grand jury in Virginia on charges related to illegal dog fighting.†(more…)
