This whole premise is assanine! I can also surmise that you have never stood in a civil, criminal, or family court as a defendant. Because, if you have you would know that every prosecutor struts around with an aire of arrogance. And why wouldn't they? They have the full force of the legislature, and the deep pockets of the government behind them. Bush or no Bush, the anti-male, pro-female courts seek out to sensationalize current political "headlines". The arrogance of the liberal courts are unprecedented, not the president.
