Either that or the people of Georgetown have lost their marbles. How could Flubber, a war-mongering former lobbiest and Aristide supporter win? Oh wait. They saw him on Law & Order and think they are voting for Arthur Branch, a fine citizen and D.A. Well, Flubber would probably win in Haiti also.
