yea. And that magnificant waste, The Big Dig, (budgeted for $2 bil initially; final cost over $15 bil), with it’s massive fraud, corruption, and incompetence killed an innocent person a year ago and not one person has been indicted. The government is circling the wagons. The construction companies, vendors, suppliers (and other rip-off artists) are also circling the wagons buying off government officals. This POS project was designed to leak 30,000 gallons of water a month into the tunnel. It now leaks over 2,000,0000 gallons of water a month. As we speak erosion, and weakness in the tunnel structure is being created. This tunnel has less than 20 years life. One day there WILL be a major disaster. At least we can all see this one coming.
