Minneapolis Feminists Outraged that Woman Who Made False Rape Charge Is Being Charged
Minneapolis women’s groups are outraged that a woman who made a false accusation of rape is being charged. The incident is a nice example of the feminist view of female entitlement.
If there’s any outrage here, it shouldn’t be that she’s being charged, but that she’s only being charged with filing a false police misconduct report. She should be charged with something carrying a sentence approximating what the falsely charged police officer would have received had he been convicted. The fact that she committed this horrible crime (assuming she’s guilty and is convicted) and will get off with hardly any punishment is the real outrage.

Woman who claims she was raped by police is charged

A 21-year-old woman alleged on July 28 that two Minneapolis police officers sexually assaulted her minutes after they had previous contact with her on a disturbance call. She immediately went to the hospital for an exam and filed a police report.
The Police Department investigation began immediately as required by department policy. Two internal affairs sergeants went to the hospital and took a recorded statement from her. Possible evidence was examined, including the GPS system in the squad car.
That system determined the officers had been driving at the time of the alleged assault. Four days later, the city attorney’s office charged her with filing a false police misconduct report.
On Monday, community leaders and the woman’s family voiced outrage over how the department handled the case and demanded an outside investigation.
“We have a rape victim who did everything right,” said Rebecca Waggoner-Kloek, manager of OutFront Minnesota Anti-Violence Program. “She went to the hospital and had an exam and tried to report the rape to police.”
Waggoner-Kloek, also a member of Minneapolis’ Police Community Relations Council, questioned why a required information card with the names of the officers who handled the case wasn’t given. She also said the department should have sent a sex crimes investigator instead of two from internal affairs and asked, “Why didn’t the department wait for DNA results?”
The woman’s name is public because of the charge filed against her, but the Star Tribune is not naming her because of the potential that she could, indeed, be a sexual assault victim. Her sister said she “isn’t doing well at all and won’t be the same.”
The police had no comment Monday.

Had these men been anything other than police officers (who are, like judges, a protected and ‘untouchable’ class in most circumstances), it’s more than likely they would have been charged and convicted.

The feminist government’s enforcement division has arrested many innocent men. Now they are in the same feminist trick. The difference is the feminist government has authority to enforce any policy that serves them.
The woman who falsely accused ought to receive a similar sentence as the false charge.

Women filing false rape reports is poisining our judicial system!!
The femi-porksters are petitioning the state with more lies to let these women poisin our judicial system even more!!A false rape charge is now classified as un-proven so these pork girls can get their federal pork dollars!!
The only way to stop the poisening of our legal system is to charge all the women who file false reports..and give them the sentence that the man falselly accussed would have gotten!! anything short of these measures is treating men as second class citizens under the law!!

True, so true! I myself was a VICTIM of a false sexual assault allegation and stories of false sexual assault allegations are legion.

GPS evidence proving they were nowhere near the scene not enough? Apparently there were plenty more pots to bang. Why didn’t the bitches in Durham wait for DNA evidence?

As much as I hate the idea of giving up ones privacy right to travel the roads and highways without being tracked, I am beginning to think private citizens need these GPS trackers in their cars and on their persons so as to generate the alibi evidence necessary to avoid this kind of trouble.

The woman in question and the women’s groups that are ‘outraged’ do ordinary women no good at all. The continuance of false rape allegations and the reluctance, nay, refusal of women in general to have the slightest sympathy for the falsely accused is an indictment of ALL women. As these feminist harridans seemingly cannot be taken to task by either men (ALL men are rapists, of course, so their views can be dismissed from consideration) or the Authorities (as they are directly complicit through funding and policy) so it is down to women to expose the liars amongst their ranks and demand punishment. For every instance where they remain silent, a hundred men cease trusting women. Soon there will only be a handful of fools and cretinous men available to them. Meanwhile the really raped women become increasingly disbelieved, supected of falsehood and unfairly derided by men and the legal redress avenues blocked by the fallen trees of truth and justice.
False rape accusation is now a women’s problem.
By the way, from the article description and my general distrust of police investigation their own, the reality of the rape, in this instance, is still unclear in my mind. The police have lost public trust too.

There is also a subtext in all this that having GPS and personal tracking is OK cause it may save you from such. just noting it.

Well, the link provided is actually for the complete “abridged” version of the essay.
The actual complete essay may be read in paperback via “Arthur Schopenhauer: Essays and Aphorisms” — Penguin Classics. Very cheap.
This guy was a real outlaw in his time. Interested in metaphysics, eastern religions, free will, good & evil, the tragic pessimism of being human. (Despised his mother…. who told him he was a failrue …. big surprise!)
And, he never fell in love with any woman over the age of 19.
Obviously he liked to have his time for his writing, and the women he chose to tolerate were not selected for their philosophical acumen.
