DV includes raising a voice, witholding money, demeaning words, disparaging friends and a whole lot of other faux-violence that have been included in the hysterical grab-bag of offences that can be used to arrest a man, dispossess him, take his children from him and throw him in jail. The Winkler type cases make a mockery of Justice and each egregious example seem to wash over the public's opinion as though it weren't there at all. The large and increasing mumber of everyday small examples net more and more men whose opinion of the law sinks lower and lower until the nation will be awash with man who no longer trust society at all. For them, the Winkler cases are Standards, flags that they will fight under. The mob in the car park will be a walk in the park in comparison to the masses that will rise up to take their due.
