For if Dr. Kings "vision" were to became a reality then the race establishment's meal ticket has been punched, and for the media their boilerplate story line evaporates and they might actually have to do some real work instead of their current fill in the blank stories. I tend to ignore the media as a whole. I consider anyone with a degree in journalism from an establishment school (like Columbia) to be incompetent and generally ignorant. They along with the education majors have the lowest overall IQ and the highest GPA. While the hard sciences like Physics, Chemistry, Math, and Engineering tend to have the highest overall IQ and the lowest GPA. Now who really has the goods and who doesn't. On the other hand I tend to ignore the race establishment too. The NAACP, Urban League, Rainbow Push) are morally bankrupt when it ignores the fatherless homes in the black community, the number of illegitimate children fathered by significantly older men by very young girls. (A recent example of this in my town, a girl 14 has a baby by a 25 year old gang banger who was killed in a drive-by shooting a couple of days after the baby was born.) The lack of civility in the way that blacks treat one another is HUGE issue. Back in the day if someone offended you, you took your chances in a fist-fight. These days, the weapon of first resort is a gun. "He disrespected me and I'm gonna bust a cap in his ass". Someone needs to explain that respect is not demanded, nor is it conferred as a matter of a civil right...it is earned. There are many things about the black community that are brushed off due to poverty and it is nauseating to watch the media and the race establishment fall all over themselves to point the blame elsewhere. The case of Newsom and Christian was racially motivated. It was a hate crime. Considering the level of depravity of the murders, to think that these individuals did not hurl racial epithets while committing such vile acts is simply not credible. Keep with it Bob. The Jesse Jacksons and Julian Bonds are getting old and will kick off of natural causes soon enough. And not a moment too soon.
