Every year thousands of Americans are victimized by a swindle known as the âimmigrant abuse scam.â Whatâs amazing is this shake-down is paid for by the U.S. taxpayer under the guise of stopping domestic violence.
One of those persons was Roger Knudson, 64, of Arizona. When he discovered his wife was having an affair, he filed for divorce. Fearing the judge would learn her visa had expired and order her back to Mexico, she fell into a rage and attacked him.
But the DA refused to prosecute the assault. Then the illegal went to a local womanâs shelter that provided her pro bono legal services and told her to accuse her husband of the very crime that she herself had committed. âI have spent thousands of dollars since 2002 clearing myself of the accusations,â Knudson wrote sadly.
So hereâs how the scam works: A woman makes an accusation of abuse. The laws define domestic violence so loosely that she doesnât need to provide a scrap of evidence — she only needs to scream âabuse!â So the judge issues a letâs-play-it-safe order.
That restraining order becomes the gold-plated meal ticket that entitles her to preferential treatment by immigration authorities, free legal services, and a generous helping of welfare services. And anyone who questions the swindle is accused of being âsoft on domestic violence.â
Elizabeth Howard of Arizona recounts how the wife of her father trapped him in the bedroom and threatened to kill him. When he called for help, the police arrested both of them. As soon as she got out of jail, she marched over to the domestic violence shelter to have him kicked out of his home. Then she began to hold yard sales to sell his car and tools.
âA friend at work whose family migrated here from Mexico told me itâs common knowledge that if a woman marries a U.S. citizen and it doesnât work out, she can claim abuse and get the resources she needs,â Howard sadly explains. âI believe the Violence Against Women Act should be called the âWomen Get What They Want Act.ââ
In two cases, the extortion tactics continue to this day, forcing my informants to protect their identities.
One womanâs close friend was falsely accused of abuse by his immigrant wife. The courtroom hearing resembled a kangaroo court more than the even-handed administration of justice: âWe were not allowed to present a case, ask questions, look at the evidence that the accusing party submitted, two of our witnesses were cut off after two minutes, and the third was not allowed to testify at all,â she revealed.
âAs a victim of abuse previously myself, I am sensitive to real victims of abuse. But those who commit fraud and claim abuse where none exists endanger us all,â the woman confides.
In 2001, Bob planned to marry a woman from the Caribbean. Shortly before the ceremony, she informed him she was an illegal alien. But he loved her so he went ahead with the wedding, knowing he could sponsor her for a work permit.
Then the relationship went sour and she threatened to abduct their newborn daughter if he didnât accede to her demands. One day she surprised him with this news: âI have my baby â I donât need you anymore!â Bob grew fearful of the intimidation tactics, so he filed for divorce and withdrew her work permit application, believing the immigration service would protect his daughter, a newborn U.S. citizen.
Turning the tables, she requested amnesty under the Violence Against Women Act, even though she didnât produce an iota of police or medical proof of violence. This filing prohibited him from submitting any evidence of immigration fraud or even appearing in the courtroom during her hearing.
âIn the end, she got everything she could have hoped for: A work permit, VAWA amnesty, $750 tax-free dollars per month, and bragging rights on her cleverness on screwing over a stupid American fool in his own stupid country,â Bob bitterly notes.
The abuse rip-off has become so accepted that its proponents openly instruct women how to fleece their boyfriends and husbands. One group instructs gold diggers to view restraining orders âas a tool for economic justice.â Simply accuse your man of violence, and you can force him to pay your attorneyâs fees, medical expenses, punitive damages, use of his house and car, and much, much more. Itâs really that simple!
That advice comes to us from the Washington, DC-based Center for Survivor Agency and Justice, which receives generous support from the U.S. taxpayer by way of the Department of Justice. The Center offers no advice to help American taxpayers deal with false accusations of domestic violence by immigrant women.

One more example of why you would have to be insane to get married.

I have a friend who married a South American immigrant.
Though she is patient, kind and dependable traditional wife, I have printed a copy of this article to give to him.
In some South American countries, America is known for woman worship by our government and men.
The word is out – women notice the preferred treatment, however, men are like sheep to slaughter.

This is all part of the feminist agenda. The fact that these women are illegal doesnât matter, they are female. A racist believes one race is superior to others. A sexist believes one gender is superior to the other. A sexist can be male or female and believe the male or the female is superior over the other. A âfeministâ by definition believes that females are superior to Males. How is it that this society has such harsh opinions against racist, and sexist (mainly thought of as attitudes of male superiority) attitudes, but not feminist. Does this remind you of Germany pre WWII?
Feminists come in all shapes and sizes, Democrat, Republican, Independent, Christian, Muslim, Jew, Buddhist, Hindu, Wicca, Atheist and Agnostic, professionals, and housewives. The common denominator is their views, and attitudes.
If it benefits females, and benefits males they are for it.
If it hurts males, but benefits females, they are for it.
If it benefits males, and hurts females they are against it.
If it hurts males and females, then they are against it.
The first and last statements are the ones that confuse many. A feminist is sometimes seen as suggesting that a particular law or ruling is bad because it will hurt men, but if you look deeper you see that it will also hurt women. The same can be said about a law or ruling that benefits men. These are the reasons they sometimes look as though they are pro-male on some issues.

Any women in the western can do this right now and suffer no consequences at all. She can lie in court plus receive free legal assistance to fight any honest attempt to get at the truth.
It’s disgusting, it’s dishonest and it’s is a travesty of justice…
We have feminism to thank for it.

A divorce lawyer told me that one of his clients was order away from his own home. He was a trades men, so needed his tools to earn a living and keep up with his court ordered support payments.
The guy had a family court restraining order against him.
The wife refused his request for his tools.
The lawyer quoted him about $1,500 to $2,000 in legal fees to get his tools from his home.
I’ve heard similar stores from other men, though I have never read or heard a similar story in a main stream media.

Gender apartheid – where as GreatMRNI points out, the only deciding factor in how much justice and what type of justice an individual is likely to receive depends on whether that individual is born with a penis or a vagina.
The false rape scam, the false domestic violence and abuse scams – are all simply tools used to deprive individual men of rights in order to provide women with more entitlements and privileges.
Don’t marry. Don’t co-habit. Don’t procreate. Those men who do are at the mercy of a system that is dedicated to fleecing them.

What Iâm trying to point out is how feminists, and for the most part, feminism has twisted this societyâs perceptions, by using Nazi techniques. In addition, that feminists are in every walk of life, they are not just professional business women, as many think. A lot of feministâs are male. It is not just Family Law, but every aspect of this society.
Case in point, a man gets killed, but a woman is affected (widowed) this society concentrates on her issues, because she claims to be the victim. The fact that a man was killed is the after thought, not the main concern. This illogical and irrational response to violence committed against men is indicative of a feminized society.
If we apply this same logic further, it could be argued that the widow should be killed, because the emotional pain is greater than the life. Therefore, by killing her she suffers less.

Any man would would get married is not worth marrying. With the laws so weighted against men, any man who would take such a knowing risk, obvioulsly is not capable of intelligently managing the family’s assets or protecting the children from the increasing liklihood that they will grow up fatherless. Why would any honest woman want to marry such a risk-taking idiot? It is a sad, unfortunate Catch-22.
