fourthwire: But what makes you believe that writing a promotional piece for Disneyland is particularly interesting on a men’s news site?

(Denise) This isn’t “a promotional piece for Disneyland.” It was an article written several years ago that focuses primarily on Disney World. I thought it appropriate for this time period because September 19 is “Talk Like A Pirate Day” and this article deals extensively with an attraction called “Pirates of the Caribbean.”

fourthwire: Oh, wait…. it’s “controversial” after all. Someone wanted politically-correct pirate themes. And the words “rape” and “murder” ARE mentioned, after all!

(Denise) Yes, “Pirates of the Caribbean” has its share of controversy. I often have blogs that make no mention of rape and murder, fourthwire. For some examples, look up my blogs on squirrels, April Fool’s Day, Tooth Fairy Day, and Groundhog’s Day.
