Rinaldo, Rinaldo:

Your story is one of the best examples of why men like Daniel Porter murder their children.

The remains of Sam and Lindsey Porter were discovered 9 September 2007 in a shallow grave in Sugar Creek, Missouri a small city just north of Independence ending a three year search for the children of Tina and Daniel Porter. Read the Porter Story as reported by Fox 4 News. http://www.myfoxkc.com/myfox/pages/Home/Detail?contentId=4306428&version=106&locale=EN-US&layoutCode=TSTY&pageId=1.1.1

It’s surprising your client didn’t lose it like Mr. Porter. For doing nothing but trying to see his children and remain part of their life, your client finds himself helpless and totally at your mercy to defend him from a legal system dedicated to making work for social workers and the legal system with only a minimal interest in justice or concern for the child’s welfare.

We have generated a system that simply promotes a violent response by men that lack the knowledge or financial resources to fight the unjust treatment that our feminized society has established.

From a personal phone conversation with Tina Porter I learned that she insisted that her children were alive and well and that she had no problem with sharing custody with Daniel. She insisted she had no idea what had motivated this kidnapping and that Daniel was “not really a violent or abusive person.”

Court records available on Missouri CaseNet, never mentioned by the media indicate that Daniel Porter was subjected to the same kind of unjustified harassment as your client. The prior cases against Daniel Porter, one for a protection order and the other for a firearms violation were both dismisses after he was humiliated and fleeced by the legal profession.

Though no divorce was ever filed between Tina and Daniel Porter, CaseNet shows a “voluntary withholding order” was issued against Daniel Porter’s employer in the restraining order case one week prior to the children’s disappearance.

I’m sure that the public defender handling the Porter murder trial could use your assistance as he will likely receive the same kind of defense he received in the kidnapping prosecution. You could make a public statement that would benefit many if you choose to get involved.
