Normally, judges use them as an excuse to make a ruling, knowing full well how sick those people are, just to cover his own back side. No doubt, if it weren;t for living in Cuba, this judge would have normally “ordered” the feminazis get their way and force the father and child to suffer for no reason other than to play the sick evil corrupt game they play with the lives of innocent fathers and children.

Their entire modus operandi is to eliminate the father from the children’s lives. That’s all they do, whether the mother is a psycho pedophile and the father is a good, decent, loving, care, responsible man who has never committed a crime in his life. Once they succeed in eliminating the father, they say he “abandonded” his child.

It is high time we drop the facade that just because some man-hater works in a government buraeuacry they have any authority whatsoever to even make a suggestion as to what should be done in child custody cases. No punishment is too harsh for those people. It’s high time our complicit government start protecting children and preserving God-given rights, instead of feigning some authority to ruin the lives of innocent people. It is high time we demand that American fathers receive the same justice as our judiciary willingly bestows on Cubans.

While the outcome of this case is correct, perhaps more children and fathers would have received justice if the father had been denied and international incident resulted. Perhaps Fidel Castro or his brother could finally shed some light on the corrupt judiciary that regularly exploits children and fathers based solely on greed and hate.

I wonder if same Judge would “Get It Right” if a father in America tried to keep kid from going back to relatives in Cuba. Let’s see how Fathers Rights come into play then?
