Woman Hits Husband with Car, Drives 1/2 Mile with Him Clinging to Roof, Injures Him–but Don’t Call It ‘Domestic Violence’

When there’s domestic violence and it’s committed by a woman, it’s not domestic violence. Here a woman allegedly hit her husband with her car, drove a 1/2 mile with him on the roof, fractured his leg, and drove off–and she says she’s the victim. She is being charged with some appropriate crimes–at least until her “I was afraid” shtick gets some traction and the prosecutors cave–but there’s no mention of “domestic violence.”

Woman Allegedly Drives With Hubby on Car
Associated Press, September 27, 2007

HASTINGS, Minn. – A Farmington woman accused of driving for half a mile with her husband on the hood of her car and her 9-year-old child in the front passenger seat now faces criminal charges.

The Dakota County Attorney’s office filed a felony criminal complaint this week charging Jill Ann Miller-Cooper, 34, with two counts of criminal vehicular operation resulting in substantial bodily harm and one count of child endangerment.

Miller-Cooper is accused of hitting her husband on Aug. 15 in the parking lot of the restaurant he owns. The complaint said the impact tossed Randall Cooper onto the car’s hood and Miller-Cooper drove off. The complaint said she eventually stopped and her husband fell off the car, then she drove away.

However, Miller-Cooper told the St. Paul Pioneer Press that her husband climbed on the car while it was parked.

“He was very threatening, and I wanted to leave,” she said. “I stopped two times. He put his leg down, and I slammed on the brakes. … It’s been an ugly situation.”

Cooper suffered a fractured knee.

Since Jill Ann Miller-Cooper did NOT manage to kill her husband, he is presumably able to testify against her in court……….

…… which means that after she invokes her get-out-of-jail-for-free card (the vagina clause), the court will just have to IGNORE Randall Cooper’s testimony.

Another poor sap that thought that he ought to marry in America…….

    Doesn’t he understand that he’s a fourth-class citizen?

4thW, you got that right. If a man would have done this to a woman the question would be “So, Mr. poopy-head, when your woman jumped on the hood you felt it was okay to drive around with her as a hood ornament and with HER child in the front seat?”. Course, if anyone else noticed, the very first reaction she had was it was his fault, “he was very threatening blah, blah, blah”. That’s the majic woid, ‘threatening”Now he’ll be charged with assulting the car which is probably a female car anyway. It’d be a man car if the woman suffered any trauma.

The irony of this whole thing? If this broad doesn’t have him arrested and persecuted he’ll of course forgive her, she’ll wit for another opportunity and before long ole what-s-his-name will be either dead from this pig OR lil Suzie the younin watching the whole ordeal in box seats will kill hm in a few years anyway.

Oh, by the by, it’ll still be his fault.

three questions to ask one’s self here.

    1) should a man ever trust a women who desires 2 last names?

    2) what did it take to finally break the shakels of tyranny from english rule?

    3) does a good father engage his son in meaningful dialogue or just keep his mouth shut to appease the women in the family and protect his own security and perceived position?

“two counts of criminal vehicular operation” — I guess the real victim was the car.
