As long as paternity fraud remains legal and enforceable, with no prosecution against the child abusing perjuring mother, any hope for the decriminalization of fatherhood remains but a distant dream. As in divorce, government sides with the one who breaks the contract/agreement, and that is a perfect recipe for anarchy.

The Antipeonage Act is still on the books. 18 U.S.C. §1581 still defines enslavement for a debt to be a crime. The federal grand juries can still "run away" and enforce this law against the peonage criminals, including the judges who impose these orders.

But they are not going to do it if we continue to reat the Antipeonage Act like classified information.

Screaming for the enforcement of the Peonage Law is still the best way to defeat this tyranny and corruption.

The single most pronounced and noticeable quality of men shines through all of this mafia fiasco. Their Patience.

Patience is a virtue of course and to be lauded. But any virtue can be taken to such lengths as to become a vice. In this situation it is vice in several senses; it encourages even more egregious extortion; and it squeezes more from more men -crushing some to death.

Men must put a limit on their patience. Struggling through the swill of the Courts for year after year seeking and waiting for Justice is just not good enough. Justice is not to be found there. The whole Court system is rotten with corruption and the stench rises all the way to the White House.

Only the most firm and ruthless action is going to change the practice and process of the legal system. The leadership for that change cannot be expected from the Law or legal practitioners, not simply from public clamour. Piecemeal change, State by State, will not happen. Complaint and clamour has been going on for a decade or more and no-one in power takes a blind bit of notice.

It isn't just Fathers of course, who are suffering. The children are too. And the corruption spreads further than the Family Court. It has invaded our entire legal structure, our politics, every aspect of public life.

What is needed is a strong, uncompromising leader who will rid the Nation of the legal profession scum, the rent seeking carrion, the legion of hangers-on who take the public salary and spits on 'We, the People'. That leader can expect resistance and expect a hard fight. He - or she - must be prepared for a blood-letting. He or she must lead the second American Revolution.

Vote #1 Amfortas. Unleash the Gnome.
