You point out some very disturbing behavioral tendencies common among the "ban guns" crowd. Many gunbloggers have experienced this on a regular basis when countering their "feelings" with reasoned discourse and gun ban demands. Threats are a common first tactic, then censorship with eventual cutoff of all feed back.

The Paul Hemkes and Peter Hamms of the world detest open forums (like this). They no longer control what gets feed into the media pipeline and should continue to lose as long as we continue to counter them.

John,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The gun control situation is really quite simple from a historical perspective: Citizens own weapons, subjects and slaves may not.

The coming election of Hillary Clinton, with the dems in control of both houses of Congress, will be a challenge to the second amendment of positively epic proportions. The looming impoverishment of millions of Americans due to the bank scandals now unfolding will make effective resistance impossible.

We are in for a very rough ride, and it is going to be a bad time to be poor in America, or perhaps even just to BE IN America.
