Dad Gets 4 Years Strict Probation for Child Support, Says State Took Away His Ability to Make a Living

This is probably the best case we have for defeating oppressive child support judgments. I wish there was a national men’s organization that could fight this.

There is Supra case law governing insurance cases which holds that the state may not impose any penalty that has the effect of making it impossible for the accused to relieve the situation they are accused of — that has the effect of placing the accused in a permanent state of noncompliance.

These sorts of laws are cruel and unusual punishment. Any judge who imposes this sort of punishment is not a judge, he is a henchman of torture straight out of the dark ages.

There are few people who can go 18 years without at least one financial upheaval.

Those of us without government or university jobs have our ups and downs just like the economy as a whole. One down and you are a deadbeat / criminal?

My urge to describe my feelings about this using inappropriate language is almost unbearable. I will tone down my thoughts though. May they all suffer for eternity.

The feminist government shows no mercy for the poor. If you are a dad with an unhappy wife, run quickly and hide.

It is better that a man is robbed and beaten by a street gang, than if he fell into the hands of the family court.

Can you imagine how much worse it will get if Hillary get’s elected? How many positions in her cabinet do you think she is going to fill with feminists? I fear the fight will be much harder if she get’s elected. Get out and vote including your local elections.

I worked in a jail as a CO and we had many men there because they were “deadbeats”. Most of them wanted to support their kids but couldn’t afford it and were thrown out of their children’s lives. They would not have been there if they were treated fair by system if they were “allowed” to try and be a father.

Now whenever I hear people talking about bad and deadbeat fathers I do not hesitate to speak up. I think more people need to speak up on this issue. Talk to friends and family about it and teach them what is really going on. I think people just believe what the media and feminist activist say about this issue. WE need to open their eyes, take the blinders off. If every individual does this maybe we will eventually change the tide.

I was the victim of a robbery and kidnapping. The good news is I survived and got all my stuff back. The man was caught and sent to prison for life.

I was also the victim of another robbery and kidnapping. The robber and kidnapper took my property, my children, my cars, my income, and threatened to take away my freedom. The robber and kidnapper in this second case was well known to the authorities but never prosecuted.

Why not? Because, of course, it was the family court.

I have been dealing with the states “little kidnapping and extortion racket” for over 20 years. I have found several ways to get around the ” thieving bastards”, including some ways that are quite ingenius! I have made it so, the state can not make me do anything! Oh I will do what is right by my boys, that is God law and so , it is my law too. I however don’t do things the states way. I will not allow them into my business. Some people would say that this is illegal, well it may be, but I can help my boys. Do what is right by Gods law, but not let the out of control state wreck my life, my finances and steal my property.( yes I did say STEAL)
Oh I haven’t always done things this way. I did for several years ,suffer under the states little kidnapping and extortion racket . I could not live or pay my bills. I could do very little for my boys. So, I made a decision to do what is necessary to take back ownership of my life. If I have to break some of the states ” make beleive laws” to make that happen, then that is what I have to do! Because once the state acts like criminals , they just blew away any ” authority’ they ever claimed to had. I reserve the right to do what ever I have to, just as long as I dont harm anyone or take what is not really mine! The state can’t make that claim!
I can’t tell people to do what I have done, but if you want your life back. I am afraid this is the only way! They have turned you into an outlaw, you can either be good at it and prosper or be lousy at it and suffer under their tyranny.

So why didn’t Dan Craft plead the Antipeonage Act and the numerous other constitutional challenges that can be made to such laws?

I literally don’t get this persistent failure of those charged with “criminal non-support” who fail to plead every reasonable legal argument that is available.

When you cop a plea of guilty you lose so many rights on appeal.

Sorry. But I am fed with the constant cave-ins and surrenders!

Am I asking too much for every person caught up in this nonsense to do ALL they CAN do?

Please just give it a rest…all this talk about the ex wife…and the government just makes your positions sound like angry unhinged thinking. YOU are missing…

- Your kids still have to eat regardless of your employment status
- This guy in this child support situation just did not arrive at this point overnight, I am sure there were letters sent out…which he probably ignored and he had the chance to modify his child support
- The drivers license is not just automatically suspended…it takes flagrant violations to reach this point. The government is slow if it moves at all. There are alot of people who should have their drivers license revoked and don’t.

Since he was not working…did he offer to pick up the kids from school? Take them to their activities? Soccer practice, dentist appointments? Or did he just collect his unemployment and do nothing???

My deadbeat is not working again although he travels continuously…he failed to return the calls to the federal offices or my calls and he has missed payments for four months straight!

Not paying child support is a vindictive cowardly act by men who seek only to control and abuse through neglect. There is no excuse for it. You brought a child into this world and are responsible for that child.

This notation here is just grasping at straws to find some reason why these men should not have to pay their court ordered child support. To most it falls on deaf ears because it simply has no merit.

5. Youve already isolated his kids from him by force of law. Remember the DV protection order and the divorce decree ?

8. This excuse for parasitism is just grasping at straws to find some reason why the mother who creates bastards by choice should not have to go hungry or get a goddamn job. Only on account of other treacherous males in office do these shameless swine get away with their laziness and greed.
