College Student Creates Campuswide Crime Alert over Double False Rape Accusation
She falsely accused her boyfriend of raping her at gunpoint, made a false rape accusation against an unknown (non) assailant, and set off a campuswide crime alert. Yet she is not named in the news story below (nor in this one) because she is a rape victim, even though the point of the story is that she isn’t a rape victim.
The article explains, “It is not yet known if the student will face charges for filing the false report.” Such charges may in her case lead to having to pick up trash on the highway for a couple weekends. Other possible legal consequences include a stern look from the judge or a strict admonishment to please not do it again.

Student-filed assaults prove false

MSU police have determined that a report filed by a student who said she was assaulted twice in the same night is false.
An 18-year-old East Holmes Hall resident told police she was confronted outside her dorm room on Oct. 28 by her ex-boyfriend, who supposedly pointed a gun at her head and threatened her before leaving five minutes later.
The victim also told police that she was sexually assaulted about eight hours after the incident when an unknown suspect entered her room and groped her while she was sleeping.
The incidents were said to have happened between 2:55 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Following the report, a campuswide crime alert was distributed via e-mail.
Through further investigation and interviews with those involved in the incident, police discovered the two incidents did not take place, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said. (more…)

So she endangered multiple men’s freedoms through false rape accusations, filed false police reports…. and she’s not only NOT BEING CHARGED, HER IDENTITY IS PROTECTED?

Recent ‘Tunnel of Oppression’ here at BSU dealt with a rape of a woman who wasn’t believed. Apparently the setup was that she had gone to a party with her boyfriend and then gotten wasted to the point she wouldn’t say no.
It was there for just this situation. So we would automatically side with a “victim” who isn’t one.
Yet another reason I look forward to not being a full time student ever again.

..youre sentiments are clearly shared by many males on campuses around this country!!…Thats why girls are now graduating college at 33% more than males. It seems many American universities are in fact hostile to being a male on campus!!

Initially I assumed that college activist was a student, but CA is far wiser that that, oerhaps a faculty member, Amfortas has for long time been my “Oracle of Delphi”.
When University of Colrado alleged sex scandal broke, midwestern media gave reams of coverage. Lead Plaintiff’s lawyer if married to one Boar member so maybe there was “pillow talk” between advocate for each side.
Then a book was written “Buffaloed,,,” about the case, cricizing the feminst prosecutor, media frenzy and ruined careers. The lawyer threatened to sue two publishers if they went ahead, so both backed out. The author self-published it and received scant media attention. Link to one media piece.

The email we need is to the College President demanding they release the gir’s name. She is a danger to every male student on that campus. The students’ parents need to be made aware of this so they can protect their sons.

….yes tony!! If this girl does harm another male student, there could be a lawsuit against the college (simmilar to Duke university) for not protecting students equally against harm.
