My recent His Side with Glenn Sacks radio commentary for KLAA AM 830 in Los Angeles discusses a recent Missouri child support auditor’s finding that 27% of the state’s 240,000 child support cases have incorrect balances. Some of the errors have gone unfixed for nearly a decade, and have led to enforcement action against innocent men.

Well anybody subjected to the states little kidnapping and extortion racket has been “wrongly punished”. My question is when are we going to get around to punishing the “right people” ( ie the parents who steal kids, usually women and the “corporate state terrorist” who run the kidnaping and extortion racket that funds that unlawful act.)
By “real law” ,that is the constitution and the original common law it came from, the state has NO LAWFUL RIGHT …. let me repeat that no lawful right to take children from parents and then by unlawful terroristic threat, extort money from those parents it wrongly took the kids from. The whole thing is a criminal enterprize operated under the colour of law. It is totally wrong!
Everyone who has ever ” judicially kidnapped” a child and the state terrorist who backed them needs to be punished to the fullest extent of the law and face severe civil penalties as well.
Roger is correct, it is slavery ! For a long time, alot of people thought slavery was O K, just because they benefited from the abhorant practice. But in Gods universe wrong is wrong , no matter how you try to make it “pretty and politically correct”.
And sooner or later, if you do wrong, you will be judged. If you are lucky, it will be a by a human court and the punishement will only be life in prison or death. When God punishes people, it is for eternity. Living like a dog in prison or being put to death is nothing compared to that!
But take heart, the beginning of the end is here for the criminals who run this evil system. Their days are numbered, sooner or later, the forces of righteous will prevail and these bastards will be sorry. No… not sorry for doing wrong, only sorry that they lost and will now be punished for what they did.
It make take awhile , but we will have a fair and just system. There will be no more kidnapping and extortion racket operating under the colour of law. It will get to the point, we will have to tell our grandchildren and great grandchildren how it was in the “bad old days”. About what went on and they are likely to be skeptical, either not believing what we tell them or not wanting to .
Scream for the enforcement of the Peonage Law.
ALL noncustodial parents are wrongly punished, as the peonage itself is a federal felony.
Application: Keep each support payment as proof. Also be aware that like murder there is no statute of limitation on child support issues.
Child Support Obligation Can Be Enforced At Any Time.
The Appellate Court reversed the dismissal of a mother’s petition for revival of judgment, which she filed in order to obtain payment from her former husband for child support due pursuant to a divorce decree entered in 1966. The circuit court found the petition to be time-barred by 735 ILCS 5/13-218. The Appellate Court held the petition was not time-barred in light of the July 1, 1997 amendment to
735 ILCS 5/12-108(a), which provides that child support judgments may
be enforced at any time. In re Marriage of Saputo, 363 Ill.App.3d 1011,
845 N.E.2d 901 (1st Dist. 2006). iicle
I expect the percent of inaccurate reports to be higher.
In Kane County, the Circuit Clerks audit their own work. It’s not done by an independent, unbiased, experienced company.
In Kane County the County Clerks have no accounting education or experience and they do not have professional auditing experience.
Since 2003, my county and state Support Report (there are two reports) have not been accurate. The clerks do not give accurae cummulate amount of what I owe and what I paid.
The federal government gives incentive payments to local governments with up to $4 billion to create arreages.
