Unfortunatly, the father of my children was a very abusive man and took advantage of me and the system due to the fact i was scared and just wanted out. You must do it youself! While you have taken the "conventional approach" ie using "their system" I haveever, reguardless of which route you go, you have got a lot to learn and have a hard battle ahead. I have experienced, that even when you show "government servants" the law and make it clear you expect them to obey it and enforce it, they still want to stall and delay. They don't like it when you demonstrate who is the boss and it aint them. You have to keep pressuring them and sometime even have them charged with violating their oath of office and yes all government employees have taken one! You have to be careful, you can easily make enemies of these " public servants' and it becomes difficult to deal with them. You gotta go easy, don't alienate the servants, no matter how arrogant and uppity they act. As far as the exspouse is concerned, depending on how hard headed she/he is , it make take prosecuting them and fining them several times to make it understood they WILL RESPECT YOUR RIGHTS. Again don't go to far, alway extend the olive branch of peace to them. After while it will work. You make even get to the point "diplomatic relations" maybe established. You create an arrangement that is fair to all and addresses the injustices and the differences. You could end up a real parent, with real rights and what you have almost.. amost becomes normal. Always take photos of the child with her friends, yourself & relatives etc.. on your visitations. These will come in handy when interviewing with the Childs law guardian later. It is also best to have another person around on your visitations as a future witness to against the false accusations that follow. Excellent advice.
