The Berkshire Fatherhood Coalition wishes everyone a Happy New Year.

Recently, one of the Berkshire Fatherhood Coalition’s officers had a Letter to the Editor of the Berkshire Eagle Published, “Historical Viewpoints on Child Support.”  The thesis of the letter is that historically, there was no obligation to pay child support at all—or at most, for the necessaries of life, and that the non-custodial parent never had to pay child support.  To read this letter, click HERE.

BERKSHIRE FATHERHOOD COALITION’S WORST FAMILY LAW LEGISLATION OF 2007:   A father’s rights organization sponsored a context for the worst family law legislation of 2007.  Click HERE to read our selection—a New York 2007 bill would make fathers wear electronic identification after a restraining order was issued.  Handout a restraining order like a lollipop, then just let Big Brother do all the watching.
