That two courts can come to such different 'opinion' tells us that something is wrong, shirley. In the face of feminazi-inspired law, yes we need a Men's National Legal Defense Assoc. But that is playing their game, paying yet more money into lawyer pockets, rather than swilling the scum out of the system. If the system gets mych more complex and psychotic, it is going to produce not just a collapse of confidence in the Law, but a collapse of society. The bodies politic and legal are sick. An emetic is needed. Maybe a suppository. Common sense, common decency, simple morality all seem to have entirely disappeared from our Laws and the minds of Judges.

Men and women have paid the same for auto insurance for decades now, thanks to a lawsuit that was filed in the 1980's. Prior to then, young men were charged double what young females paid. Also, men who are estranged from their children are not required to pay for their college education if they are over 18 years old, thanks to another law suit filed in Pennsylvania. In both cases, the public sentiment was against the men who filed the suit, with both the newspapers and politicians vehemently protesting the court decisions. We (men) will never win in the court of public opinion or with the politicians who are nearly all beholden to the special interests of the feminists. Our best hopes lie with the courts, and we need to pick smart, win-able cases. We need a Mens National Legal Defense Association. I believe that it really is just that simple.
