Man, Woman Commit Same Crime–She Gets 6 Months, He Gets 20 Years

It can be problematic to compare sentences in different cases, particularly if the jurisdictions and/or laws are different or if plea bargains are involved. Still, it is sometimes of use, such as in discussing the sentencing disparities between whites and blacks and the sentencing disparities between men and women.

Jack, a reader, sent me the two articles linked below. In one, a woman caretaker scalded a boy (pictured) with bathwater.

His toes may need to be amputated, he may not be able to procreate, and he has severely infected, oozing wounds. Prosecutors say that after scalding the boy the caretaker forced him to do chores, even though he had first and second-degree burns. She didn’t take  him to the hospital for several days. Her sentence? Six months.

In the second article, a man did the same thing to his live-in girlfriends’ son (minus the chores and with taking him to the hospital hours later instead of days)–and got 20 years.

The story about the woman–and an interview with the boy she victimized–is here.

The story about the man is here.

As long as judges have their tongues and schlongs out drooling over hot female lawbreakers (as I suspect happened in the debra lafavre case) you can expect to see more of this type of thing.

Strangely enough I think having more female judges will help establish more sanity in female sentencing.

I think it is very possible that the man did not realize how hot the water was as he may have tested it with his hand which can accept heat far more then can the rest of the body. It appears he took the child to the hospital as soon as he realized the child was harmed. The woman….she knew the child was harmed yet she delayed treatment making it far worse for her victim and it appears she may have been thinking of herself far more then the child.

this sort of thing is typical. and women judges are just as bad as male.

just last week i saw where a guy in b’ham, ala. fed. court got 324 YEARS for taking 21 lurid pictures of a 14 YO girl. bad guy, worse judge.

the courts won’t even give the old cougars 324 HOURS time for molesting 12, 13 and 14 YO children. Anybody that says they don’t see the disparity isn’t playing w/ a full deck.

BTW the piece was presented on page C5 of the local rag. no conspiracy by the msm? imagine if a women had gotten 324 years in prison, for ANYTHING.

No amount of cataloguing such disparity is going to move our legislators and Judges. They are well aware of it. They WANT it. They are the ones ruining our society. Whether it is rank stupidity or conspiracy or currying favour by appeasing femonazis or some vast expression of deeply held communistic tendancies matters little. It is EVIL.

It is an expression in our society of a deep hatred of men and adoration of women. Both are extreme and unwarranted and ignore real criminality. It creates excuse and faux-compassion for women; it creates undue fear and animosity regarding men. It has ruined any vestige of Justice in our courts.

It will destroy our society faster and more comprehensively that all the terrorists over the next 25 years.

One hopes for a man to arise to lead us in a better direction. Frankly almost any direction is better but we must find a just and reasonable one. We must find a just and reasonable man.

    Vote #1 Amfortas.

I will get around to reasonable after I have re-created and applied Justice.
