the same kind of accounting is in solar cells, and hydrogen economy..

one peek at ny and the fact that 2 million cars move a day... one should ask the question... what happens when literally tons of molecular water gets ejected into the atmosphere near such 'sinks'...

well, you get ozone... a humid cloud... when humidity is up, the cars are dumping more... the water has to be dumped or carried...

solar doesnt have the energy to actually work well (though as augmentation in the future as costs rise, it will one day be profitable as a building material like siding)

the easiest way to free ourselves from oil and a lot of the ill is to create NEW nuclear plants... of which the designs are like night and day from the ones running now... MUCH safer.

in 10 years we could be using fuel oil only for cars, and only for plastics, fertilizers and such... instead of power generation... not to mention kill the coal..

but of course.. america shipped out its labor... so when we take away coal, were can the workers go?

we bent ourselves over the desk, thanks to accepting liberal progressive soviet ideas.

(the divorce laws were copied from lenin... the schools were copied thanks to dewey.. and on and on...

anyone see a pattern? we have been adopting a failed system and have not banished it away...

Yes, environmentalism is paganism and idol worship--not that being efficient and cutting waste and respecting our planet is wrong--but a blind commitment to saving Mother Gaia at all costs is just a macroscopic reflection of sending a fireman to his death to save a kitten. There's risks on both sides, and depending on whether man is made in God's image or man is made in man's image, one will either choose life or hell.

Here's my idea for recylcing. Have one cell phone and keep it for more than two months before you "upgrade." Use the same computer for more than 1 year before poisoning the earth with it just because Microsoft tells you to. Learn to wash your dishes by hand rather than run that "energy efficient" piece of garbage that requires a massive technological outlay and support system to keep running. Cook your own food at least once a week, or marry someone who will do it for you. There's that much less poison you put in your body and cans you throw in the trash. And finally, don't attend the U.N. convention in Rio de Janeiro on global warming and contribute tons of jet fuel exhaust as well as the pollution of patronizing the local whores during the coffee break.

Problem solved.
