On the other hand, they couldn't be charged with necrophila since there was no intent for this act. They were let go. A policeman commented to her (so she claims): I can sympathize. Because if that's the case, I'm going to need to buy a Breathalyzer. Personally I followed a rule that said if she can't walk straight then it's a no go but this ruling is frightening.
