While I feel sorry for Beth, she doesn't have a leg to stand on. So who is going to the Netherlands or Aruba to enforce it?

Beth Twitty has been unsuccessful in every civil action she has filed to date. I see this instance as potentially no different.
In what venue will the suit be filed?
New York won't work (she's been there and done that).
California won't work (she tried that with the Kalpoe Brothers & failed)
Aruba? Yeah, right...that would be akin to the "hen" trying to enter the fox-house.

Van der Sloot has shown himself to be a heartless socio-path.
In his native Holland and even on Aruba, he has become persona non grata and will most likely always carry that albatross around his neck.
He's going to study "law," he says.
Would you use him as an attorney?

While I'm sure Beth Twitty would like to see some kind of formal justice achieved in the disappearance of her daughter, the facts remain that there is no clear evidence whatsover of her death, let alone her murder.
Sad as that is, it is reality.
It's time for Beth to move on.
Joran will get his own just due time and time again for the rest of his life.
That's the best I can see out of this.
