Since their founding in 1999, the deciders in chief at Google.com have provided cute cartoons of their logo for such days as Earth Day, the 50th Anniversery of Sputnik and Yuri Gagarin Day. With a Russian co-founder of the company, we can cut them a little slack for wanting to impress the boss.
… However, considering Google became a raging success in a country with the
political and economic system that provided their founder the
opportunity to become a very rich man, is it too much to ask for a
little more respect?
