Mom Killed the Kids, but at Least They Didn’t Give Dad Custody

“She wanted to kill them. I let the court know that. But they took only one side…I loved them. I’ve been fighting for them.”

Note that the woman, apparently a violent lunatic who allegedly had sent her ex threatening letters and set fire to his car, was granted an order of protection. Now, despite the fathers’ repeated warnings to social workers, the kids are dead.

But at least they didn’t give dad custody…

‘Nassau County killed’ them, boys’ father cries

The grieving father of two boys allegedly killed by their disturbed mother said social workers failed to heed his warnings they were in danger.

“Nassau County killed these kids,” said Innocent Demesyeux, 28, who claimed county authorities ignored his pleas to protect Michael, 5, and Innocent Jr., 18 months, from their “violent” mother, Leatrice Brewer, 27.

Demesyeux, an ambulette driver who has been estranged from Brewer since 2004 and was locked in a custody battle with her, said he warned authorities she had threatened to kill the children as recently as last week.

“She wanted to kill them,” Demesyeux told the Daily News. “I let the court know that. But they took only one side.”

He said Brewer called him on Wednesday or Thursday sounding “crazier than normal,” claiming people on MTV were talking to her and saying “they were making fun of her on TV and that this Spanish woman put voodoo on her.”

A custody hearing was scheduled for today in Mineola Family Court, and fear of losing custody also may have caused Brewer to “snap,” said Desmesyeux.

He said Brewer’s violent behavior – including threatening letters and a 2004 incident in which she burned his car – has been going on for years.

Although she petitioned the court for an order of protection against him, he said she continued to be obsessed with spending time with him – resulting in the birth of Innocent Jr. 18 months ago.

“She basically was playing mind games,” he said, saying that during her call last week, “she told me she wanted me to come over” even though she had an order of protection.

“I loved them,” Desmesyeux said numbly. “I’ve been fighting for them.”

    It humors me to see how people can be so judemental . These kids were not protected by Latrice one bit . I went to school with her . We also attended the same church . Her mother already had a bad case of mental health issues. I can remember clearly seeing her walk up and down the street called Prospect in New Cassel .

    As far as Innocent . He was good guy . He used to work his butt off and took damn good care of his kids as well as Jewell who is not his daughter . She was abusive to him . With the new wave drugs hitting the streets people have lost their minds . We have witnessed her walking into Stop 1 with no shoes or socks on smallest child was wearing a diaper and nothing else .

    Her grandmother Mrs.Mickens is one hell of a lady . For she has struggled with Latrice’s mom before she has passed before. She has helped that girl with them kids and also has encouraged Innocent to get the custody of the children. Several attemps were made to Social Services from the schools and family . People were concerned . We all knew she was crazy . what puzzles me the most is people out here cant have children and parents choose to kill them . This is when NY needs the Death Penalty !! People are killing our future . CPS should of sent those kids to live with their father . At least he kept a job and was a good person . I hope god will grant the punishment that she deserves for this . This is not a sympathy case . When you have your 6 six year old daughter take care of your other kids it is totally wrong . I have witnessed her talk to Mrs. Mickens and Robert as if she was a Diva and royal and she is not. The heffa has always been crazy those drugs X and the angel dust that are being used in the marijuana drove her insane . There should be a law agianst crazy women having children . Don’t pitty her one bit . Oh yeah for your comment of the name of Innocent it is Latin Thirteen popes have borne the name Innocent.

    Oven microwaving minors to death or maternal infanticide by clubbing, garrotting, strangulation, gassing or poisoning is deemed by leading western males to be a fair price of social justice for women.

    There will be an outpouring of sympathy in this situation but I am afraid most of it will be for the mother. I can already see the spin this will be given. Her ex forced her to do this. In reality, when a father kills his children it is most often to protect them from being in the custody of an abuser. When mothers do it, it is often to keep the father from having them and it appears this may be the case here.

    This does make me wonder if some of the murder/suicides we see may be a preemptive strike to keep the kids safe.

    If strangers invaded someone’s home and killed their children, there would be an outpouring of sympathy and probably a film made about the parent’s attempts to hunt down and kill the perpertrators. One would WANT the perpertrators killed.

    It would be Natural Justice.

    There are such films and more often than not star women parents. You GO girl, we cheer. The ‘righteous’ mum is a modern replacement for the old-time wild-west Marshal who guns down the baddies, as it ‘saves a hangin’ ‘.

    This might put some of us here in a moral quandry. We usually leave the law enforcement and justice systems to seek out and punish the bad guys ( and guyettes). Such is the ‘social’ take on morality.

    But here it IS the law enforcement (as social workers increasing are) and Justice system (the deaf and biased Judges) that actively colluded with the killer-mother and facilitated the deaths. (The crooked Sheriff).

    It is increasingly common to find the ‘authorities’ acting against natural justice – in fact any real concept of justice at all – and actively causing such crime. Then that is followed by the wholesale covering of arses and femi-rationalisations and continued misandry which simply exacerbates the wickedness.

    Is it any wonder that some here have sympathy for the person who takes a rifle and delivers a Feminist Misandry Justice medal to the chests of such social workers and Judges. Tha car park serves well as a canyon wall.

    If someone murdered my children, I would seek them out and kill them. If they had help, I would kill those ‘helpers’ too. I would shed no tears for them. I would not sit and worry about moral quandries or technicalities about ‘just doing their job’, or ‘ it’s the Law’. They would have earned the FMJ.

    Some might consider me a bad person for taking that stance. I can wear that.
