2nd Father in NY Child Murder Case–’Whenever I tried to get my daughter, Family Court wouldn’t let me’

“Whenever I tried to get my daughter, Family Court wouldn’t let me,” said Jewell’s father, Ricky Ward. “The courts wouldn’t hear me out. I blame this on Leatrice Brewer and Family Court.”

“She wanted to kill them. I let the court know that. But they took only one side…I loved them. I’ve been fighting for them.”–Innocent Demesyeux, father of Michael, 5, and Innocent Jr., 18 months

Both fathers warned the family court that their children’s mother was violent and dangerous. Both tried to get custody. Both tried to save their kids. The courts, apparently blinded by the family law system’s pervasive pro-mother bias, did nothing. According to the Fox News article Police Cite Possible Drowning, Poisoning in Deaths of 3 New York Children (2/25/08):

“Brewer [the mother], who had six arrests — two felonies and four misdemeanors — on her record dating to 2000, was described by some as troubled, including two men who identified themselves as the children’s fathers and said they had fought in vain to have the children removed from Brewer’s custody.

“‘Whenever I tried to get my daughter, Family Court wouldn’t let me,’ said Jewell’s father, Ricky Ward. ‘The courts wouldn’t hear me out. I blame this on Leatrice Brewer and Family Court.’

“Innocent Demesyeux, the father of the two boys, told reporters he had been battling Brewer for custody for more than a year.

“One neighbor, Cornisha Robinson, said she saw Brewer pushing an empty stroller in the street last week and wondered where the children were.

“‘She neglected them,’ Robinson said. ‘She used to leave them in the house all the time by themselves’…

“…County Executive Tom Suozzi announced a review of the Social Services agency’s contacts with the family to determine whether anything could have been done to prevent the tragedy. Calls to the agency were referred to Suozzi’s office, which said the investigation could take several weeks.

“Obviously something went seriously wrong, and we need to determine whether part of that wrong was with the system itself,” Suozzi said.”

Yes, the tragedy could have been prevented–by listening to the two dads.

But of course this societies’ structures for womens social justice refused this man and the other bereaved father custody of their children.

How could two grown males possibly be allowed to rear their own children, if that meant getting in the way of political sneak-theives and liars by removing their perpetual source of righteous theft and glory in the children.

The two fathers were more profitable to the system and to the bigotted western cultural idealists as deadbeat stooges. Stooges against whom all manner of slander, defamation and allegation could advantageously be made by parasites and state mongers.

    Shame on such a society.

In a Just system, the Officers of the Family Court involved in this case should be indicted as accessories to murder.

They won’t be, of course. And the Law will sink even further down the path of iniquity. Not that any such indictment would deliver a Just outcome in the current system. The Law and the Courts CANNOT be relied upon to deliver let alone administer Justice.

The Justice system is irrevocably compromised. It must be scrapped and a new start made. The Officers of ALL the Courts – the old guard, and their rent-seeking hanger-on scum – should be arraigned in a temporary New Justice system, designed just for them, and stand Trial accused of corruption and have to prove their innocence. That’s their way and they should be subjected to it.

They should be dealt with harshly. Shockingly harshly in a manner that reverberates throughout society and leaves the message in no doubt.

For the rest of us, we need to bring in a system of Truth serving Justice with no ideological overtones permitted. All equal before the law with no special priviledge given to genitalia, politics, ideology or belief system. Attempts by lawyers to restrict the examination of the truth or to have specific and pertinent truths ruled out by mendacious technicalities should be punished with severity.

If this is not done, our western civilisation is doomed.
